Three of us were here on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the waiting times are very long, both for drinks and food. We sat alone for drinks for about 30 minutes. After pointing out that guests were welcome to let them know that they would have to wait longer, the service staff unfortunately did not respond critically.The dishes were good, the noodles were unfortunately a bit overcooked but the meat was even better.

Yesterday we went to Schiefer for coffee, the coffee came, milk had to be reordered, coffee was cold before the cake came. This one was still frozen in the middle...what a shame...I'll think about that next time

Food perfect. Really very tasty. Great location.BUT: The service... people, it has to be a lot faster. You can't have to wait forever for drinks. You lose interest and your profits are reduced. Hires staff.If you come at 7 p.m. and have pre-ordered food for a group of people, it shouldn't come until 10 p.m.

We used the location at the Schiefer on the weekend evenings to drink cocktails. It all seemed quite stylish, but the staff was rather rude and our cocktails were definitely made more of ice than other cocktail ingredients. Overall, it seems more like a tourist rip-off, as the Schiefer is extremely centrally located and you don't seem to be dependent on returning guests due to good quality. Too bad. Didn't come back during our vacation, even though the atmosphere looks really chic.

Didn't sleep in the hotel, but had a perfect meal in the steakhouse. There were 6 people and they were helped immediately and quickly, all evening. Very friendly staff. And the rump steaks are of high quality. Not snack bar quality, and the prices are therefore quite high. But in relation to the quality. Location in the middle of Goslar. Modern furnishings in an old historic building.

We ate here at the weekend and were very impressed. We were immediately helped to put two tables together in the shade so that the whole family had space. The dogs were provided with a water bowl straight away and without asking and we were even given treat bags. The food was very good and the price was absolutely right. The service was also very good. It's rare to find waiters working so politely and courteously.

On a very warm weekend we visited the restaurant without a reservation and were given a seat inside. Despite the high number of people, we only had to expect a moderate waiting time.The steak we ordered was outstanding and some of the best we've had in a long time.

Had lunch with the family today. The food was very good and the service was great.With our drink order, a bowl of water for the dogs and two bags of treats came without us having to say anything. All in all I can recommend it.

The steak was excellent! Soft as butter and fried to a perfect medium rare. The wok vegetables with it are highly recommended. Very friendly service, ambience is like before after the "re-opening".

The service was very nice and can't help it, but we ordered an iced coffee and because they didn't have that we got an iced latte and unfortunately it didn't contain any ice at all and I had to pay €5.50 for that

Best to avoid this place. This place came recommended by good friends. But boy where they wrong.The place has been redone, to a very genetic suburban steakhouse decor.The service was horrible and very slow. We waiter over an hour for our main courses, and over 40 min for entrees. We had to go to the bar to try to pay, But only one waiter was able to accept payment. So we waited 15 min more.They excused the slow service due to technical reasons?!?!The food is subpar compared with the Price, and the steak was cold when it arrived.Any other place Would have given a discount or offered a dessert or a drink. But not here. So please avoid. But great location though.

We had dinner yesterday after the reopening. I like the atmosphere better than before. The service was excellent and the food was just amazing! Compliments to the kitchen and the team, everything was simply delicious. We'd love to come back.
