Old Town Apartments Goslar 5 stars

We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is in great condition. Everything looks brand new and is in great condition. The location in the center of the city is great. From here it is only a few meters to the highlights of the historic old town. 👍

Great apartment house, great rooms with terrace or balcony. Everything is completely renovated and comfortably furnished with everything you may or may not need. Parking directly at the house and the old town is about 300 meters away. Sights, bakeries, ice cream and restaurants are all within walking distance. Check in and check out only works digitally. All in all the perfect holiday apartment. We'll be back. Thank you for the lovely time.

We love the flat. It is so sparkling clean that it looks we are first guests ever here:) I wish I knew how to clean my own apartment like this ha ha...Kitchen is perfectly equiped you just need to bring your salt oil and food and you can cook. You can log in to Netflix...bathroom is spacious and comfortable. When we arrived flat was a bit cold but we could warm it up quickly it didn t appear heating was centrally operated like one review suggested. Matraces on the softer side but that is quite common in Germany ...also leather couches are common here and I m not at all a fan of them but still its 5*

Modernly furnished, bright apartment. The apartment was well equipped. The proximity to the old town and the Christmas market was very pleasant.

You live in beautifully renovated apartments and are just a few steps from the market square. But still quiet. Uncomplicated processing. Was there for the third time. First on the 2nd floor, then on the 1st floor, then downstairs.Parking directly in the yard.Short walk to the nearest bakery and restaurants.

Here is so amazing. Everything is new and well maintained and very modern. Good communication with the host. We will come again.

Top apartments, great facilities, tastefully decorated

We stayed in the Eiche attic apartment for a weekend in February.Attention - steep, narrow stairs to "far up", not without...Apartment without complaints, modern, well maintained, (almost) everything you need is there. My girlfriend found the beds to be too soft, but I was happy. Sofa in the living room very uncomfortable to watch TV (perhaps put it the other way around), no blanket or similar. Not really comfortable with "cold" smooth leather, great location, the voucher booklet from the city of Goslar with the discounted offers/bonuses that the landlord put down was already used , the interesting receipts had already been removed, it just looked dirty and unhygienic, that's not possible, especially since we also pay the share of the "tourist tax" per day, PAID parking space.Unfortunately, the topic of heating and therefore comfort/well-being and simply health is absolutely NEGATIVE. The heating in the apartment is controlled centrally by the landlord, who clearly specifies what temperature the apartment has. We had a rainy storm weekend with outside temperatures around 2 degrees, came into a cool apartment after hiking, some of which were soaking wet, the radiators were only half warmed up/lukewarm despite level 5, the other half was cold, not even wet clothes or towels in the bathroom became dry after two days. In an attic apartment, the heat may not reach the top due to the heating pump or the supposed base temperature of 21 degrees being set too low, I have no idea. Landlord contacted immediately, zero understanding, pre-written SMS within seconds shows that we weren't the first to complain about it, not even a phone call from him, he didn't answer, didn't call back either. The topic is also known, see other reviews that can be found in various portals. Since the apartment is offered in the high-priced segment, the reaction should have been different.Also NEGATIVE - the SAUNA listed in the description via our portal was a booking criterion for us - according to the owner, it cannot be used since Corona and due to high energy prices. Even then, only a succinct answer via SMS.Conclusion: there are plenty of significantly cheaper alternatives, also super centrally located, we took various information/offers with us on site and will come back to beautiful Goslar, don't be sure to go to the old town Appartements Goslar!
