The day we arrived we got a room (2), but the first problem was that the door couldn't be opened because something on the door was broken or rusty. We then wrote to the landlord the next day, but we got no response.The cleaning was also not visible. There were spiders in the bathroom and there was no way to clean it yourself.Insufficient housing material:1 toilet paper roll for 4 days, no ZEWA.The furniture was also very oldAnd the bed was squeaking.No recommendation.

Disappointed - can NOT be recommended. Upon arrival, our apartment with kitchen facilities is rented out. We are offered 2 rooms without kitchen facilities, but can return to our original apartment the next day. The next day we cannot get in touch with the landlords - we never hear from them. We have now, ahead of time, moved on. It was the first and last time with this landlord.

We had a double room for two people from 02-04. Booked June 2023. The research on the homepage in advance had shown a double bed in every room, which is also important to us.When we arrived on site on Friday, we were initially confused by the different names of the accommodation. In addition to “The Little Cloverleaf,” the name “Gästehaus Fröhne” had already appeared on the Internet and in emails. This also applies to the entrance door of the accommodation. The front door was locked - no one answered our doorbell. A look at the reservation confirmation didn't provide any helpful information, so we tried the numerous, different telephone numbers. Either the number was not in use or there was no connection at the telephone number. After a quarter of an hour someone (name unknown - as he didn't give it) called us with a suppressed number (professionally?) and explained, somewhat laboriously and with several attempts, how we could get the key. Since there was no signage, we searched around until we found the room.Unfortunately, when we entered we were disappointed because we didn't find a double bed but two single beds. Unfortunately, they kept drifting apart over the course of the stay.Furthermore, the bathroom in this room (old) was also not visible in any of the photos shown on the internet.Other shortcomings of the room:- The room was not clean (see pictures attached). There were short black hairs everywhere in the bathroom, shower and on the floor, dust bunnies under the bed and dust on the surfaces- The shower fitting is defective- The toilet lid wobbles- Several slats from the slatted frame were removed- The WiFi does not work in the roomBased on these impressions, we decided on an external solution for breakfast.On Saturday evening we returned to the accommodation at around 9:30 p.m., by which time we could already hear loud music coming from outside on the street. Unfortunately, even at an advanced hour, it didn't get any quieter and rang through the house. It only became quiet after midnight.When we checked out, we didn't have any information about where we could leave the key. Since we didn't want to call everywhere again, we decided to use the mailbox.Overall, we are very disappointed with the stay and the numerous deficiencies. We didn't have the feeling of being welcomed as guests, but rather of being "parked" in a storage room.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied!The rooms I booked in February were canceled half a day in advance. The day before I was contacted by phone by the operator (?) to ask whether there could be a different room than the one booked.He should have mentioned that it will be in a different accommodation.He could then no longer be reached by phone or he pushed the conversation away. Very unfortunate and not professional.

Our caravan was broken so we had to find some place to stay couple of weeks. Lucky us we found this place! It was wery peaceful and everything worked well.Shower was new and you can even chage how the water comes from the shower if you want (massage shower for example.) So they were modern.All was also very clean that was nice too.Cleaner comes many times in week to clean those Hallway , lounge and other public places so it was nice to come when it was fresh.Many restaurants was close.absolutely nothing to complain.we will come again.Thank you !

Lovingly converted little house in the middle of the town center. Everything you need is there...we had two double rooms and an apartment with a terrace. Breakfast (on the lower floor) can be booked individually and, upon request, any special wishes can be fulfilled. We'd love to come back! Ps.Room photos are available from various providers (Booking.com etc.).

Lovingly run guesthouse in the center of Hahneklee. You notice the attention to detail. Rooms very clean and modern designed and quite spacious. We were guests as a group of 10 people on a holiday weekend. Hence the insight into the different rooms and holiday apartments/houses. Overall, really well maintained and clean. Fresh, clean hand and bath towels were available, another guest reported in his review that there was no shower room, I can agree with that, that's why we had some with us. But I see that as less of a problem now. You usually have a wash bag with you.Also a special highlight, the garden. So beautifully idyllic and so well maintained. Absolutely amazing! Respect to those who design and care for it so beautifully!!!Now to the (only!) point of criticism: the breakfast. To begin with, it was lovingly prepared, no question. The table is tastefully set, the cutlery is wrapped in textile cloths, and the attention to detail is evident here too. The breakfast room was also very bright and friendly. Really no point to complain about, BUT: the selection was extremely poor. Muesli, cornflakes and chocolate balls are available, but in small dessert bowls - how many spoonfuls can you take? That was a bit crazy!?!The cold cuts were okay, some selection and also fresh. There was also cheese. But everything is so little, don't get me wrong, but with a group of ten and a price of €7.50 per person, I expect a somewhat generous selection and not just 3 slices of each sausage. Margarine instead of butter, you can do that, but for breakfast you can use fresh butter. Sweet spread, just honey. The two small jars of jam that were a little higher on the counter, I confess, I accepted the decorations and didn't really dare to touch them. I think it can be done better. I was also a bit thoughtful because the hostess always added more, but only two slices, especially with the cake. Why??? All in all, this always gave the impression of allocation and yes, a bit of stinginess... yes, unfortunately... :-(Somehow I completely missed milk and the Yoghourt too after the small bowl was gone. Are these really reasonably priced products?!? Unfortunately juice and water too...Rolls - and they were really subpar - even on allocation in the basket - well, I blame Corona for that, I would hope that future guests might be able to enjoy fresh rolls (the bakery was open!). It really doesn't have to be cheap baked rolls from the discount store, right?? Coffee was okay, tasted good too, there were various types of tea to choose from, but if you want a different drink (cappuccino, latte, ...) you have to pay extra... :-( Seriously now, at €7.50 per person? I mean, I paid €22.50 for breakfast for three people who are part of my household, and it feels like we ate for a total of €4. That makes for a bad feeling Accommodation was completely harmonious. Such a friendly and nice host and then the breakfast fails...hey, you can do better, I'm convinced.Still a recommendation, but please improve the breakfast, okay?!? ;-)
