I accidentally booked an overnight stay via Booking - and canceled it within 1 minute because I realized my huge mistake that I needed a room in Freiburg and not in Nuremberg. Yes, I know: absolutely my mistake! I realize that I can't get the full price back given the strict booking guidelines, but I find it a shame that the hotel management doesn't even think it's necessary to respond and only the desk staff who can't make a decision respond . Just gave 300€ to the hotel and booking. If I'm ever looking for somewhere to stay in Nuremberg, I'll definitely look elsewhere. I like to choose hotels where people are taken into consideration. Then you feel in good hands.

Great hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.Since it's close to the main street, it's a bit noisy with the windows open.The rooms are also very large, the bathroom is sufficient and clean.Would come again and again. Clear recommendation!A hairdryer in the bathroom would be nice.There are enough parking spaces available at the hotel.Breakfast costs 7 euros per day. However, I didn't use it.

Was only there one night and had a room facing a commercial building. Everything was quiet, the room was clean and tidy. I felt comfortable there. If I'm there again, I'll book there again. I didn't have breakfast there and can't comment on it.

Reception was very nice. Room is good so far. Bed comfortable. However, it is extremely loud. If you have a window facing the main street, it's like cars are driving through the room. And a lot of very loud cars with screaming and loud music. Unfortunately there was no room available on the quiet side on the first day. But I was able to change on the second day.

The room is bright and spacious, the parking is free, breakfast is cheap at €7 (but not opulent!). The hotel is ideally located if, like us, you want to attend a game at the Max Morlock Stadium. It's not far to the S-Bahn either.The neighboring club (disco?) World of Nightline opens every Saturday at 11 p.m. The only thing that helps is ear plugs!

We booked one night at this hotel and are overall satisfied. Since we had booked a concert in the Serenadenhof, it was great to be within walking distance. The connection to the old town by bus and S-Bahn and to the motorway for onward travel is also perfect. The rooms are functional and clean. The breakfast is very cheap and rich. We were greeted very friendly at reception and accompanied throughout our stay. Thank you very much for that! We'd love to come back

It was my first time there. Rooms are super nice and tidy. Nice personel.Unfortunately breakfast costs €7 extra, (for something little) we went around the corner to Becker, “Der Beck”. (Was recommended to us at reception)And unfortunately I think the showers are a little too high, but otherwise it stays at 5 stars. Really great, I can only recommend it.

I spontaneously booked a room today for €40. I accidentally booked for July 22nd. Cancellation costs €40.That's really not great service.

Very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive. Well done in one word. But there is one thing. The address on the booking page is not much different. Takes me to another hotel. The hotel is located on the bend, behind Burger King.

I had a few relaxing days here in Nuremberg.The hotel is relatively spartan.But it has everything you need for a few days.Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, bed is comfortable.The location is ok, of course you are not in the center. However, the Zeppelin Field or the Max Morlock Stadium, for example, are within walking distance. An S-Bahn stop is right around the corner.A bakery, Lidl and Aldi are within walking distance in just a few minutes.Overall I felt comfortable.There is still some room for improvement at breakfast. Otherwise I can recommend the hotel.
