Very nice hotel. The "Ahorn" room is very attractive and very clean, the terrace is also great! The wellness area is beautifully done, everything is clean and well maintained, which is not common in all hotels. The staff is generally friendly, but it has to be mentioned here -> Czech employees are simply friendlier and more helpful! Thanks for that. The Germans say it's the colleague's job... and you can see who that is! . All in all, a very nice, relaxing time with you.

We really enjoyed our stay in the rose garden. The fitness room, sauna area and Kneipp pool were great and made the hotel special for us. In the evening we were at an event in the pharmacy and winter garden on the occasion of a big birthday. At our request there was delicious vegetarian food there. The service and all communication with the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. we felt very welcome.If we could wish for something for next time, it would be for breakfast: sugar-free juices, fresh instead of canned fruit for the muesli and juicier bread and rolls. :)

We are here by bus, about 40 people and everyone is happy. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished.The reception is very unfriendly, something needs to be changed. The service is very friendly and helpful.

Very bad house!! Not recommendedFood was very bad, treatments were good but we had to go to the 3rd floor without an elevator for the appointment and treatment!Despite skipping dinner, 10.00 euros were charged ⁉️⁉️⁉️Lots of complaints from other guests.

So I can't understand some of the reviews, but some even more so. So I don't know why the hotel has 4 stars. There are other 3 star hotels that have more standard, many things are simply worn out and should be renovated. The pictures on the homepage are far from matching reality. So dear team from HHH, rethink your concept, it's basically good but not sufficient. When it comes to parking, it's also a disaster because there are a lot of older people there who don't know how to park and then two parking spaces are blocked by a car In their eyes, of course, and rightly so, grandma has to be able to get out easily. Something like this should be checked every now and then, especially since the hotel has the license plates and can assign them. Long distances when you have a room at the end. The sauna, well, there is better. And the prices for massage are really overpriced and a massage should be included in the price. It's not necessarily cheap

Top hotel, highly recommended. Nice, large rooms, functionally furnished, very clean. Huge balcony.The dinner as part of the half board is star-level, really the finest. The breakfast can still be improved a bit, fresh fruit or Bircher muesli could still be available. But that's complaining at a high level. The breakfast is varied and everyone will find enough, especially in the Charivari restaurant with sparkling wine, salmon, freshly prepared egg dishes and a variety of coffees.I would also like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff, especially in the restaurant. I've never experienced anything like this before. Even as a solo traveler you can't feel like you're therealone.It was my first time there and I will definitely come again.

5/5 stars, totally clear. We have beautiful rooms here that make you feel very comfortable and cozy. Very good food and very friendly staff.The balconies are great because as a smoker you don't have to walk anywhere to smoke a fag. I'm a difficult person but I have nothing to complain about here. But the best thing about it all is the area and the locals. They are all nice, say hello, laugh and are up for the day. Completely different than in other parts of the Federal Republic.Here you can feel comfortable and switch off from everyday stress.

We spent a wellness weekend here as a “honeymoon”.A really nice hotel, we had a double room in the sun garden with a balcony in the garden. It was really very quiet here.However, since the pillows were too soft for us, we asked for them at reception and received them a short time later.The breakfast and dinner were really great and I would always recommend it.The wellness area is very nice and modern.However, I would like to see a small pool here so that you don't always have to get dressed and walk over to the normal area.Now to the points why a star is deducted:We both had a 60 minute full body oil massage.In my opinion the staff is not properly trained for this.Scoliosis was not taken into account but was massaged wildly, which of course caused severe pain.The back is the only place where pressure is applied.On arms, legs, hands, feet, stomach. Neck,. Décolleté, shoulders, it's really just a rub with oil/stroking.In our opinion this has nothing to do with a massage, which is a shame.We also have to complain about our waiter at dinner.There wasn't really much going on, but he still walked past us at least four times each time, even though the plates were empty and even our drinks were empty between 15-30 minutes.----------------------------------The bottom line is that we can recommend the hotel because we still had a nice stay.

Very nice hotel and very nice clean rooms. We had 303 with a small garden. The sauna area is beautiful, especially the panoramic sauna. The swimming pool is sufficient. Dinner was ok. The only negative point is the water temperature. All guests were freezing. The water was much too cold. This has nothing to do with wellness. I don't want to have to warm up.

Overall, I find the hotel to be very nice apart from a few small things. 1. Unfortunately, breakfast is only possible until 10:30 a.m. and when you show up shortly after 10 a.m. everything has already been cleared away and none of the staff feels responsible anymore. 2. The fact that the new building doesn't open until 12 p.m. isn't particularly nice either. There are only a few in front of the new building but the large relaxation rooms are only open from 12 p.m. The price of the hotel is okay.There are enough parking spaces available. (Underground parking +3€ / day)I'd love to come back :)
