We booked a double room with breakfast for two nights via a hotel platform with immediate payment. The house and our room had the charm of the 70s, but it was visible on the homepage. A while after checking in, we learned by phone from the owner, who was away during our stay, that the platform had undercharged us and that we should pay an additional 20.00 euros for breakfast to her representative.Our paid booking included WiFi, parking and breakfast. We didn't want to pay for breakfast again and so the owner decided not to give us breakfast. Our objection that she had to settle this matter with the platform was rejected by her.The room was clean except for a few cobwebs in the corners, and the shower in the bathroom was separated by a plastic curtain. The mold in the tile joints in the shower was less nice.The mattresses were totally worn out.This experience, additional payments or reduced performance, was our first time and we will claim the cost of breakfast away from the platform. It's not about the money, it's about the principle.Unfortunately I can't add the photos because I haven't put them on Google.

Very family atmosphere. Breakfast was personally prepared for the guests and provided as if by the cold Mamsell. The room was very nice. A magical bed.. Like in the movies..

Horror. Unfortunately, it was only at night when I went to bed that I noticed that the bed and the duvet smelled unbearably. I couldn't possibly sleep there, preferring to sleep in my car. The entire furnishings are from the 60s, worn out and everything is dirty.In the morning I confronted the presumably Russian owner with my problem and demanded my money back, whereupon she became abusive and aggressively threatened me. The way this guesthouse from the 1960s is run is bottom drawer. When we called to say that we might come after 8 p.m., she wanted an extra €5 per person, when I asked if she lived here, she said yes, so for what... breakfast would be prepared in the evening and coffee would be made probably the caretaker, we didn't see a soul in the morning, we couldn't get coffee, which wasn't enough, nor could we order the counted bread. Everything is very inhospitable and I don't even want to talk about the bad mattresses, probably just as old as the rest of the house. I really travel around Europe a lot, that was the worst we had.

The hotel is old, the location is good, close to shops and the bus stop and train station, the rooms are solid, the service is good, the staff is cultural and friendly and speaks English.

The contact person on site tried very hard. He was friendly and nice. However, the room has not undergone any renovation since the 60's or 70's. But that doesn't mean anything. Others like it. It smells very old and musty. I couldn't sleep because of the smell. The bed also smells old despite the new covers. Visually the room was reasonably clean. But when you walk barefoot, everything depends on your feet. So I didn't like it there. I wouldn't stay there again. But that's just my impression. Maybe others feel comfortable there.

Very small hidden guesthouse with an old charm for little money. I can only recommend it because everything went wonderfully from arrival to check-in. Check-in is variable from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., so it is also interesting for those who arrive from further away and cannot tell the exact arrival time.

We booked in February 2022 for 5 people for Christmas 2022 and have now tried to contact us again by phone, email and in person.Was knocked off through a crack in the door. We should callThis doesn't work at all like fr. Master dealing with customers.We therefore cannot recommend it

Despite the agreed arrival time, we still had to wait 25 minutes because the landlady couldn't be reached. It was always cold in the room in the evenings because the heating didn't work at the required time. Bread wrapped in foil and lukewarm coffee cannot be described as a good breakfast. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, next time we will look for another accommodation.

Never again!!When I wrote my review honestly, the landlady called me a day later in the evening.She started telling me her opinion about my review, that I was telling lies and overhearing her, I don't know how she came up with that. The review was written honestly and no private things about the landlady were published.I then asked her if she was aware that she was misusing my data and that she wasn't allowed to do that, she didn't really care. Then I hung up, I didn't need it after work and a normal conversation wasn't possible.I then blocked her number, who knows how many times she would have tried to call.

Unfortunately it didn't happen. After many emails that started with booking Butoon (I was repeatedly "asked" whether I had already transferred -Afterwards came vEmails about when I'm checking in... shortly before checking in - I had already had a 5 hour drive and an interview behind me - then I received an email saying I can check in at 6 p.m., but I can't get into the room until 8 p.m. It was too long for me, so I canceled. Then came countless emails, very unfriendly and overwhelmed. The room was paid for. Then I looked for something else.The landlady then bombards me with nasty emails at night.As I was looking through it, I realized that I am not an isolated case.By the way, she always writes herself positive emails.
