This is a "luxury" lodge. The big plus is the great location and the good view - if there are no construction machines and chemical toilets. The restaurant has no ventilation (or does not work) and the waiters do not know how to work with a POS terminal.In short - I wouldn't go back. And I don't recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are ok, magical but unfortunately it stinks from the sewage system! Breakfast is good, for 10€, but the Balkan schnitzel is terrible, I don't recommend it

Quite simply, a huge thank you to the entire team at the hotel. We were here at the turn of the year 23/24 and left very satisfied!! Great New Year's Eve party!! Huge fireworks display.Special thanks go to the kitchen, for the great offerings and to the always friendly service staff, always in a good mood from breakfast to dinner!!Here's some advice to the other guests and their reviews: if you want ***** stars, you have to be prepared to pay five stars. The price/performance ratio is 100% right here.Ms. Löbel can be proud of her team!! We'll be back!Two recommendations at the end, send the chambermaid/caretaker through the rooms with their eyes open and for €50.00/stay per guest, again incl. Offer drinks??

We stayed at the Sporthotel Sonnenhof over New Year's Eve. We were thrilled. The rooms were clean. The food was good. The New Year's Eve gala was definitely a success. The fireworks at the turn of the year put the crown on the whole thing.The staff worked as a team and were always concerned about the well-being of the guest. At no point was anything unavailable, it was constantly being replenished. High praise from us! We will come again.

Slightly secluded, quiet hotel. We checked in around 9 p.m. and our room was clean. The restaurant was open until 10 p.m. and we had a delicious dinner a la carte. Slept well, mattress seemed new. After a hearty breakfast, we started the day refreshed and strengthened.

If it hadn't been so cheap to stay there for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year, I think I would have opened a huge barrel. The entrance area to the accommodation is a complete disaster, the wellness area is a joke for the size of the property, and the food It's partly similar to school meals in Eastern times, definitely the first and last time I've been there, despite the beautiful surroundings in the Bavarian Forest

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the kitchen very tasty with the different dishes that change every day. The New Year's menu was also great, again kudos to the chef.Unfortunately, we had planned cross-country skiing in advance, but the weather didn't support our intention, so we went hiking every day in the beautiful surroundings.In the future, the sports hotel should react spontaneously such as: Renting e-bikes (but there are nice slopes)The sauna area also needs to be expanded, it is simply too small for a sports hotel.It was a nice vacation.

We stayed 4 days from December 23rd to 27th. there. The place doesn't have much to offer. Hotel all inclusive, you can't complain for the price. Really great. You can take many trips by car. Also recommended as an overnight stay. A trip to the Molde reservoir is recommended. We'll be back

Every housewife cooks better than what is put here. Puree from the bag. It's cheap and delicious if you make it yourself. But obviously people cook from ready-made packages here. The whole thing is really unloving. And that in Bavaria. Why is this actually called a SPORThotel? There isn't even a gym...
