We were there for five days in September 2024. The apartment was great. The mattresses were very good. The bathroom was equipped with everything even the hairdryer was great. The food from breakfast to lunch and dinner was excellent and very tasty. The staff was friendly, nice and very accommodating. We didn't miss anything. It was also my birthday at the time. Our table was lovingly set with candles and everything that went with them. Very very nice.

There is nothing to complain about or complain about! It is a great family-run hotel, with its own breeding and slaughtering of cattle and sheep! There is a small but nice wellness area. Among other things, an ion sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and another area that I can't remember the name of! There is a beautiful, quiet outdoor area for sunbathing and two spacious relaxation rooms. This hotel is very, very child friendly! I'm visiting the Werber family for the umpteenth time since the mid-eighties!!! The guests come from all over Germany. At the moment September 8th, 2020 there are guests from Saxony, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Thuringia, Franconia, North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria! Lion salutation!! The carpets in the rooms were gradually replaced with laminate, which you can walk on barefoot without getting cold feet

Nice hotel for a short break in the Bavarian Forest. Friendly, family-like service and very tasty food. There was a barbecue one evening. There was a large, varied salad buffet. I was particularly happy about the vegetable skewers and the large fried shrimp. The other evening there was a salad buffet and menu. Also very tasty. The mattresses were a bit lumpy, but the room was clean and nicely decorated. In warm summer weather we only used the loungers outside. The wellness area (pool and whirlpool inside and sauna) is just for cooler days. Quiet location in the village. Beautiful hiking trails in the area.

We only made a quick stop on the way through. The time was inconvenient because the breakfast room was being cleared, but the very nice employee at reception quickly made a cappuccino. Super nice and accommodating. Definitely worth a trip.

This year we were already the third time, because it is a super hotel. It has only one flaw and that is the floor in the pool. It is very slippery. I fell there for the second time. You cannot walk barefoot like in other pools. I also did not find any barrier-free entrance. Otherwise everything was wonderful. I recommend to visit.
