Nice, clean, cozy hotel. We were satisfied with the food. We liked it a lot.It's just a shame that it doesn't have a pool and a slightly better equipped game room.

A pleasant hotel with kind and helpful staff. The hotel is renovated, i.e. the equipment is new/newer, clean, modern. The design impression is somewhat spoiled by the remains of the original, such as old frames and doors, an ordinary bathroom, equipment in the game rooms.Food, breakfast and dinner, very good with a large selection. It was very nice to be able to take a snack in a bag for a trip. Everything was sufficient for our stay and we were satisfied.

I spent several days with you and was very pleased. The first thing was the free room upgrade. Very nice to begin with. The equipment of the room was a bit worse, especially the bathroom with toilet. They are really very tiny and if you are a bit oversize, showering is a challenge for you. Breakfast is the same every day without any major change, dinner also without any significant imagination. But everyone chooses. Food labels were missing, which is a shame. If I could get a room with a bigger bathroom than 2x3 meters, I would definitely like to come back.

We had an overnight stay on our hike. We had dinner in the bar that evening. Great service! The rooms are very good...also the sauna and wellness area...top. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the bottom...Lots and everything was good. However, an employee took a very unfriendly tone and was not at all courteous towards the guest! Incomprehensible for such a hotel...

We were very satisfied with our stay at your place. Nicely maintained hotel, beautiful surroundings, as a favor upgrade the room. The rooms are nice, tidy, clean, the shower corner is a bit uncomfortable - not enough space for the shower head, the water pressure is low, the dispensers are more complicated to dose and attach. We appreciated the coffee machine, the bed in general, enough storage space, very pleasant properties for dogs :). Restaurant - breakfast and dinner were fine, the service worked, a little empathy and feeling would not hurt, the buffet was replenished decently, sometimes there was a lack of pastries - banquets, small kaisers, apparently they were no longer there (probably shouldn't happen at 8:45, nor at 9:45 that some component is missing, not in the class and level of your accommodation). A very pleasant surprise - a snack on the go - unusual - but very nice. The dinner - everything in order, the labels for the given dishes were missing - were listed on the column and at the entrance, but with regard to the German clientele and even the Czech clientele, they probably won't recognize the sauce or the type of meat. Beef jerky, dry in a porcelain bowl. The goulash soup at eight o'clock contained only 1/4 of the container and only broth, not topped up. Quality and taste - half board - excellent. With weekend occupancy, the staff numbered 3 in the restaurant. Reception available 14-20. Payment immediately after dinner without the possibility of crediting the room. For a good coffee and dessert, I recommend walking to Horizont about 800m.

The environment and surroundings are wonderful. We have been to OREA hotels several times, but this one was horrible. Everything old, bathroom horrible, staff reluctant, frowning, very little choice of food. We love OREA hotels, but we will never go here again.

The best view is from the balcony, from which you can see the peak of Špičák and Velký Javor. The staff is very nice, they give advice and the breakfasts are sufficient.But I would have one negative thing - I understand that everything revolves around research, but unfortunately I wouldn't wash my head with that water pressure.

Quietly located at the top of the mountain. Parking spaces directly at the hotel. The rooms are fine and clean. Considering there are a lot of dogs and families with children there, it is very quiet. I have rarely been able to sleep so well in a hotel. The breakfast is great and has plenty of choice. Everything your heart desires. Even sandwich bags are provided if you want to make yourself a snack for the day. The food in the evening is also not to be despised. But that's because the sister hotel a little further up is a 4 star hotel and the food comes from their kitchen. There is also a large playroom for the children with entertainers. The reception staff are very nice. What doesn't work in German works in English. Our next stay is already booked! We would love to come back.

Beds for two small, warm in the restaurant, few seats on the terrace, poor choice of food and not much quality, a communist hotel with overpriced drinks, plays on luxury oreo, but the quality is quite poor.

Maybe time, the reception and the generations have stopped here like a clockwork 😉. But the receptionist was great, dinner and breakfast excellent. No air conditioning.

Nice hotel in a great location. Sufficiently large family room (deluxe with bunk bed). The food was very good and there was enough choice. We used the animation program for children and the children were satisfied.

Hello, the shower is absolutely terrible and the water pressure is too, both in the shower and in the sink. And whoever put the battery in the shower deserves to be hanged by the balls!!!

We were here, it was great 👏we didn't even expect that from Monday to Friday we would get to know a large part of Šumava without getting into a car. The location of the hotel is very great and the possibility to prepare a snack for the hike 👍👍👍 We went out in the morning on one side and came back on the other. Great trails. And as for the staff, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER. Health room 233 from 19.-23.8.2024. Have a great time and keep going 🥰

The hotel is back in the past. I felt like I was at a ROH recreation with my grandparents.The reception is outdated, the elevator is not working at the time of arrival. In the room, only the bedroom, the bathroom and the old door have been renovated. You can hear the TV and the toilet fan from the other rooms through the walls. There was no light in the bathroom.A children's playroom is a lounge with furniture on the side and a few toys thrown in the middle. The playground outside is also outdated. It's not up to the Oreo standard at all.Very limited range of food, no cooking at the hotel. In the morning, juices and coffee only from machines, I bought coffee at the bar. Very few fruits and vegetables, sweets also limited.We have already been to Brno, Oloumouc, Nine Rocks, Sklář, Horal, and Špičák is the worst thing we have experienced within Oreo.If Horal hadn't been above us and saved it with luxurious lunches and service, we wouldn't have stayed until the end of our stay.

I recommend Orea Hotel Špičák! Accommodation clean, large room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Breakfast and dinner are varied, everyone can choose. Friendly staff. I look forward to sometime in the future.
