Super chic furnishings, modern and have such a feel-good character. I really liked it.What was a bit annoying was that the cleaning lady was very loud on Monday. We wanted to sleep in but it wasn't possible. Our head cushions were replaced upon request. Down cushions and down blankets were super cozy and unfortunately disadvantageous for allergy sufferers. I also thought the garage had a lot of space and was greatIf necessary, attaching a rubber seal to the bottom of the shower would help prevent water from running off in the wrong direction. The towel dryer only has a visual character. Nothing really gets dry 🤨

I was there on my motorcycle and I have to say that I felt comfortable from the first second. The welcome was warm and super friendly. I was immediately offered a coffee. The hotel and the rooms are of the highest standard. Top facilities, everything is super clean and all the employees are always friendly. The boss is super nice and always has an open ear. I was able to park the motorcycle in the underground car park.All in all five stars! I'll be back :)

We were recently guests at the apartment hotel Das Royal in Bad Füssing. The hotel, which we had already noticed on previous visits to the city due to its modern facade, is located directly on the spa gardens, just a short walk from the Europatherme and is surrounded by numerous cafés and restaurants.We normally travel in a lower price range, but this time we wanted to treat ourselves and booked a suite that was on the 4th floor. The rooms were very stylishly furnished, spacious and very clean. The full-length wall of windows offered great views from every room, including the huge bathtub. The modern design, which the exterior facade promises, is reflected in loving details in all rooms. The large balcony was a pleasant place to relax and end the evening.Since very warm outside temperatures were predicted for the period of our stay, we attached importance to good air conditioning. The Royal uses modern cooling ceilings instead of ordinary air conditioning. My understanding is that this system runs cool water through pipes in the ceiling to comfortably regulate the room temperature without creating annoying noise or noticeable drafts, which many people find unpleasant and which can also cause colds. Another advantage is that no aerosols are distributed between the rooms, which is good from a hygiene perspective. The temperature can still be regulated individually, comparable to conventional hotel air conditioning systems.The bed was comfortable with a pleasantly soft, yet supportive mattress. As a self-catering apartment hotel, Das Royal does not have a breakfast room, but offers the option of having breakfast delivered to your room. We didn't make use of it because we like to take care of ourselves.The staff at reception and daily room service were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome as guests.The technical equipment was excellent. The WiFi worked reliably and quickly throughout the suite. There were also enough sockets available.We also found it very pleasant that we were able to park in the in-house underground car park, which could be opened using a room card, and didn't have to look for a parking space. The hotel floors with the rooms can be reached directly from there via elevator.There is hardly anything we can complain about. Perhaps a slightly larger balcony table would have been even more practical for the very spacious balcony where we ate dinner every evening, as well as slightly larger bedside tables for more storage space. But that is admittedly a question of personal preference.Our stay at the apartment hotel Das Royal was an unforgettable experience that even exceeded the expectations we had beforehand. We can fully recommend this hotel and hope to return one day. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful days!

I have travelled to Bad Fussing for more than 20 years and always stayed in Das Royal. They have gone through a complete reconstruction and now the hotel is like being in a Star-Wars movie, it's stylish and lovely, fascinating play of lights, marble, harmonious use of black, white and greens, greenery and trees and flowers. The staff are very friendly. The rooms very well decorated. We had 2 terraces with amazing view of the church! The location is superb, at the very centre of the spa town. I definitely want to come here again and again!

Great, modern apartments. What a service. You receive breakfast directly in your room every morning and regionality and wishes are fully taken into account and valued. Rarely have we had such a great room breakfast!Great location and very central.Free parking in the parking garage or upstairs.

Bad Füssing is very beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is getting old, but completely sufficient for us. You can eat and shop great in town. We'd love to come back. 😊👍

Rooms ok, kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and dishes ok, toilet and shower very spacious and clean. You can get used to the wall beds.Only 4 stars because the coffee table cannot be adjusted to a comfortable height for breakfast.People with back problems get even more.Fix this problem and the 5 star will be added. Otherwise everything is ok
