The Hotel Hofmark is conveniently located right next to the Rottal Terme and is connected to it by a bathrobe corridor, which was the main reason for our decision to stay here.First of all: The STAFF was very friendly and helpful at all times. No matter whether at the reception, room cleaning or in the restaurant.The ROOMS are traditionally and classically furnished and are very large. We had a gallery room even though we had booked the cheapest room category. Upon request there were more pillows, no problem at all.The RESTAURANT is modernly furnished and has a friendly staff. We were always helped to find a place as it was sometimes very full. What particularly struck us was Walter's good service.The food was excellent. It was a shame, however, that there were no alternatives for food intolerances. At the breakfast buffet there was everything from milk, yoghurt and quark, but only from the cow.PARKING: Some reviews say you can charge for free. That is not the case. There is a charging station very close by, for this you need the app “ladenetz.de”. It all worked out great.TERME: We didn't understand why the bathrobe corridor to the terme was closed at 6 p.m. It's a shame, we would have liked to take part in the infusions in the evening, but we didn't want to walk through the cold in our bathing shoes.What was really great was that you were allowed to take as many sauna towels as you wanted and change them every day.

Unfortunately, the originally beautiful ambience was destroyed by new-fangled furnishings. I didn't find a waiter as it should be, but the girls were friendly.

Very nice hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. The meal was excellent. There is a bathrobe corridor. You can get directly to the thermal baths from the hotel.

We were there as part of a two-day thermal spa package on the way back from vacation and were very impressed. Rarely have I experienced such nice and courteous employees; and the food was the finest!

We were there for a “sniff”.I haven't experienced such great, competent and friendly staff in a long time. Especially in the restaurant area!!!!!!This was hosting at its best.But the reception and the room fairies were also incredibly nice.The bathrobe access to the thermal baths is a “game changer”The location of the hotel is perfect.We will definitely be back. Even if we don't actually need a room if we travel 30 minutes 🥰

I was in Bad Birnbach for a cure and saw the Hofmark restaurant on my walk, which invited you to linger with its attractive terrace, yellow parasols and comfortable seating, so I stopped there.I was so impressed by the service and my iced chocolate that I spent many a lovely evening there with other spa guests.The entire service, for data protection reasons, I cannot name any names, contributed to me/we being able to spend some fun and lovely evenings there! I would like to take this opportunity to thank the "entire" team at Restaurant Hofmark, you didn't make it easy for me to say goodbye! Stay service-oriented, attentive and friendly, and above all stay healthy!I can't rate the hotel because I didn't stay there.Thank you for everything!

This hotel is worth every single star.We had a comfort room and it was really spacious. In addition to the standard bed, table and chair, there was also a small sofa set and a coffee table. The balcony was furnished with patio chairs and a small table. This makes this hotel in this room category also suitable for longer stays. My only criticism is the lack of a refrigerator. That would be really practical, especially for longer stays.Since we booked half board, we were able to enjoy not only the sumptuous breakfast buffet, which left nothing to be desired, but also the evening meal. There is always a salad buffet with a large selection of ready-made salads, individual salad components, antipasti and bread. Then you can choose between two soups and three dishes, one of which is vegetarian. Finally there is dessert. The meal was excellent!Going to the thermal baths in your bathrobe is also very practical.The employees were all super nice and absolutely service-oriented.Yes, the hotel is a bit older and in some places, such as the elevator, it is very noticeable, but that is also part of the charming character of this hotel.We will come back in any case.

We were in this hotel for the first time. The hotel itself is in a great location for the thermal baths and for walking into town. The rooms are a bit old, but always clean.The breakfast and dinner were really great. A big compliment to the kitchen for that. The drinks prices are a bit high. The average age feels like 90 percent are over 70.We were really happy, also because of the bathrobe walk.

- Old furnishings in the rooms, but very clean and with plenty of storage space.- quiet location with various walking paths around it.- Very tasty breakfast buffet, fresh rolls, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, sausage, egg dishes, muesli, etc.- Top service, both at reception upon arrival and at breakfast or dinner!!!- Dinner tastes incredibly delicious! Very good cuisine, 3 course menu, changing dishes. Selection of main courses (one of which is vegetarian).

Ideal location at the large spa park, Bad Birnbach village center easily accessible on foot. The hotel is connected to the adjacent thermal complex via an underground passage, and the entrance ticket is often included in the hotel price. Friendly welcome, nice spacious rooms, helpful room service. Commendable hotel cuisine with a varied menu. Cozy hotel bar. Fitness room available. Various in-house beauty treatments by external experts. Hotel's own underground car park.

Always a nice stay. Very nice staff and good food. There is also a bar where a pianist sometimes plays, really nice. From the hotel you can go directly to the Theme underground, so you don't have to freeze when crossing the street. I'm really looking forward to the next visit!
