Great hotel, free parking possible. Friendly reception. Very clean, large rooms (booked junior suite). 3000 sqm wellness area, sauna, fitness room, bike rental, hiking possible. 4 course menu with excellent quality. All in all, absolutely recommended. Price performance is justified.

Just a little tight when eating. And you also question something about me. I don't know if that's the case in Bavaria. I would have loved to have typical Bavarian food. But that didn't exist.

We have been here for 4 days now and feel wonderfully pampered! Our room is cozy and clean, the food consists of a variety of delicacies and the wellness area and saunas leave nothing to be desired!!! The staff is very attentive and friendly. We are completely thrilled with the hotel. The location is great, the rooms are very spacious and very tastefully furnished, the food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly, from the service staff to the reception to the sauna master. We particularly like the spa area and the hotel's own sauna village. There is a lot of attention to detail here. We already know that we will be happy to come back.

We spent a fun and unforgettable weekend at the Robenstein Hotel. The sauna village is simply beautiful, the food is a dream, the staff are very nice and helpful. You can end the evening wonderfully in the cozy bar. We will definitely see each other again 😊

Very spacious and clean rooms, great pool, super nice staff and delicious breakfast. The surroundings are also great. Unfortunately we were only there on a short trip, but we will definitely come back to the Robenstein Hotel.

Nice hotel, great location, very friendly staff who try to find suitable solutions for all concerns.Unfortunately there wasn't a single infusion during our short trip, that wasn't apparent beforehand.But all in all a nice hotel with a nice wellness area

A very beautiful and well-maintained building.Very friendly and helpful staff.We were welcomed at reception with a glass of champagne and despite the huge rush, the staff always remained calm and radiant.Dogs are also welcome and breakfast is served outside of the restaurant so that your four-legged friend can also be present. The diverse sauna landscape both in the forest, the log cabin saunas and in the SPA area are also very pleasant and clean.We'll be happy to come back here when we're in this area again.Many kind regardsMirjam, Jürgen and Vito the four-legged friend

A very quiet, clean hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food is very good and plentiful. Unfortunately, two types of beer that were on the menu were not in stock. This shouldn't actually happen. The sauna area leaves nothing to be desired. In my opinion, the indoor pool area still has room for improvement, for example a whirlpool and a few more loungers could be added.

The hotel made a very good impression. The view over Zwiesel was fantastic. We stayed at Robenstein for 3 nights. Although we arrived quite late on the first evening, it was possible to get our dinner. The booked treatment worked without any problems. As part of the half board everything worked out. For breakfast there was everything your heart could desire. For dinner you had 3 dishes to choose from in the morning. So there was something for every taste. At peak times there can be bearable waiting times due to a lack of staff. But that's now normal in Germany. What I actually think is a shame is the beer selection. Although there is a local, very good traditional brewery in Zwiesel with many very good types of beer, there was beer from Munich. The staff was very polite and nice. The spa area with indoor pool and several saunas rounded off the stay. Our room was on the 4th floor and was wonderfully quiet. The sauna village could not be used for one day due to a burst pipe, but who can blame force majeure.Conclusion: All in all, a great experience with greetings from Brandenburg

We were completely satisfied. We had a nice room in the villa, the spa area was very appealing and the food and service were top.We also really liked the bar with the comfortable armchairs.
