We loved our stay! Beautiful views from the rooms and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Check in was easy. The hotel was in a good location with nice restaurants nearby and the river was right there.

A very sweet and homely hotel furnished with a lot of love. Small but nice. The rooms are bright and friendly and very clean. There is even a small bar. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff is super friendly, courteous and helpful. If you let us know in good time when booking that you will be arriving by car, there will be a reserved parking space. The hotel is centrally located right in the old town and you can quickly get anywhere on foot, including the Veste Oberhaus or the Mariahilf welfare staircase. Value for money is good and the hotel is highly recommended.

We stayed one night Aug 31. The room was very clean and cozy however the lighting was so poor we could not even read at night. The temperature was very warm and the window opens very little so there was very poor ventilation. I appreciate that historic buildings have electrical limitations however the lighting needs to be upgraded to low voltage LED and the windows need to be modified to allow ventilation when it is very hot.

Very lovingly furnished hotel. Unfortunately the view from the room was of the street and the parking lot. From 5:00 a.m. noise from the garbage collection.

Location of this hotel is great and stuff is friendly. Sadly that’s the only good points I have for them. Bed was super uncomfortable as every turn and the whole bed moves so you partner is awoken. Bed also has sharp edges, I hurt my foot. There are screws protruding on the table, right above your head when sleeping. Nightmare! We had a breakfast in the hotel, just for the convenience and they have bizarre way of three types breakfast: sweet - only marmalades, nougat cream and fruit, classic- ham, salami, cheese, or granola third choice.Plus side, they have gluten free bread, but it was given in the same basket with regular. Cross contamination and not for celiac.

Chic hotel with a beautiful view in the middle of Passau.Everything was very spacious and nicely decorated.Unfortunately it gets very hot on the top floor in summer and you can't close the windows so that they aren't light. There are powerful fans for this. There could be more dishes in the kitchen and the coffee machine could be better too.The apartment is very clean and offers a wonderful view of the Danube. The price-performance ratio is right.Definitely recommended if you are in Passau!

A lovely hotel in a really good location. It isn't what I expected, but I really like the room, the honesty bar is great but hope there is a camera. The rooms are a nice size, a big bed, small cupboard to put clothes on and a cool clothes rack hanging from the ceiling. Bathroom is a nice size with a big shower. Staff leave at 17.30, so if arriving late they explain how to get in. The staff are friendly and helpful with information. My colleague has a river view which was really nice - my view wasn't. I will definitely stay here again as I work nearby sometimes.

What use is a stylish attic apartment that feels like a sauna (really not an exaggeration) on the first day and night. Of the 8 roof windows, the 4 large ones cannot be opened to allow a possible draft, only 2 roof windows have a permeable roller blind. The sun shines in unhindered from all sides, so that the concrete floor also acts like a fully turned up underfloor heating system. At the reception you will be told the next morning that you have never had any problems with this before - WITHOUT COMMENTThe apartment IS NOT rentable IN THE summer months.
