In the Lower Bavarian Tuscany, in the middle of the spa triangle, is a modern health resort based on F.X. Mayr was created in Bad Birnbach.For us it was the first time that we worked with the F.X. Mayr method had to do. The stay was really enriching. It is so much more than an intestinal cleanse. We are fully motivated and started a healthier life with so much new knowledge. Through the 3D scan and all the checks you learn so much about yourself and your health. Impressive. The variety of prevention applications and individual support are also top notch. Only 25 guests will be admitted at a time. The team is super friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everyone is a specialist in their field. The knowledge of kitchen director Sabine Rein and anti-aging doctor Dr. Roger Eisen is outstanding. A break that you should really treat yourself to, if possible as a preventive measure, before your health suffers.A completely different kind of time out “Give yourself a break and take time for healthy things that are good for your body”.

A very special place to arrive. We were able to see for ourselves on site. At first it can actually seem a bit deserted, but you quickly realize that there is a concept behind it. I can't remember the last time I had so much peace and quiet and I have to admit that I once knew, rather we did, that we needed exactly this rest. Everything is incredibly harmonious, super nice employees, you can tell that they enjoy being there and work in a good team. This gives the guest trust. Wonderful, individually tailored, delicious dishes do not leave the impression of a fasting cure. No matter in which department, whether in the medical department, the spa, the physio or even the reception, warmth and professional competence, etc.Keep it up, we have already booked our next stay.Thank you for 10 days of rest and 6 kg less.

Dear Mr. Weber,Congratulations on your Hotel My Mayr Med.Unfortunately, the 10-day feel-good program including great support from doctors and therapists went by far too quickly.A big thank you goes not only to the service in the wellness, massage and medical areas, but also to the kitchen. They always tried very hard to make our fasting (not eating) easier with tasty treats every day.A huge compliment to the young chef Leon Führ, who passionately created delicious soups and gave excellent cooking tips during the cooking training.VgI'll be back 😉

New health resort with sensational equipment in terms of prevention. The food isn't extensive, but it's very good and it takes a few days to get used to everything. Yoga is specifically aimed at the digestive and detoxification organs. Further applications are available after consultation with the doctor. Team.All the employees are really nice and the proximity to Rottal Terme is perfect. Thermal spa visits are included in all health programs. Be sure to come back to last longer
