Great idea! Clean cabin, air conditioning and media system with alarm function. Booking with reservation went smoothly. A really good option for longer stays at the airport. Recommended.

Though this concept and the possibility to get some safe and comfortable shut eye during a very late and lengthy travel route via Munich airport, I was unable to get the much needed and anticipated rest when I arrived there, as my reserved cab was behind the security check point that was closed for the night and I was never able to access it. The company advertises to call the listed number in case of trouble accessing your cab, but no one answered. I reached out via email and didn’t hear back until long after my pre-paid reservation expired, where the customer service representative Tina was argumentative and very condescending regarding a refund. I am glad to see that others had a better customer service experience than me! I will not utilize their service again. I did not receive a refund!

*Are Napcabs convenient? Oh, extraordinarily. At least six stars out of five for the location, especially for people with early flights. My stay was at the Napcabs before the security check. There are public toilets nearby. There are showers available (for a fee). There is an Edeka grocery store and Backstube Wünsche bakery nearby. It is very easy to check in.*Was the Napcab clean? Not particularly, in my opinion. There was dust on the upholstery and on the wall (see photos). In my opinion, it also looked as if someone who had previously been in the room may have picked their nose and wiped off their finger on the upholstery on the wall (see photo). In addition, the hand sanitizer container was empty.*Was everything that was supposed to be in the Napcab actually in the Napcab? No; my room did not seem to have an "iPhone and USB docking station."*Did Napcab respond to an e-mail I sent them about my experience? Well, I sent an e-mail (with pictures) to [email protected] and [email protected] on September 6. Today is October 10 and I haven't heard back from Napcabs yet.

I used napcabs for the first time when on a standby list at Frankfurt airport. I had made an error in my booking and Nicola from napcabs was so helpful with my query.The cabin itself had a very comfortable bed and was clean and well presented upon entering. I loved the feature to choose the lighting. I felt extremely safe and was able to leave the room to use the bathroom in the knowledge all my belongings would be safe. I would recommend napcabs and will definitely be using them again! Thank you napcabs!

When they cancelled my afternoon flight and switched me into a 7am one in Berlin I thought it was a waste of time & money booking a hotel for that night and I could just spend the night sleeping at the airport seating areas. Little did I know one can get no sleep at BER airport so I gave napcabs a try, I loved it! It was clean, warm and so quiet as noone was using the other cabins, the only downside is that they are rather pricey, other than that the whole process was spotless

I 100% recommend renting out a napcab if you have a VERY LONG layover at an airport that has one. I had an 8.5hr layover in Munich and couldnt get any sleep on my flight. Rented a napcab for 3hours and it was well.worth it. Didnt have to worry or half sleep watching out for my luggage. They clean and sanitize the rooms often.

I have booked it already on the 2nd of October, so napcab staff had lots of time to prepare it for my short stay, but they still haven't cleaned it. Bedsheets were dirty and there was a candy bar wrapper on a table. Unbelievable. Their employees were so rude, that they claimed it was impossible to open a cabin if it hadn't been cleaned first. Not the case obviously.

Good idea, unfortunately implementation with weaknesses. The small cabins are well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the booking software has weaknesses that ruined my stay. I had reserved a box in advance so that I could sleep until shortly before boarding at 5 a.m. Unfortunately, I was at the airport 2 hours earlier and wanted to get into my box. When I checked into the box, the screen told me that I would be woken up 2 hours earlier because I was there two hours earlier 😭 ...unfortunately it wasn't possible to book an extra 2 hours. So I actually woke up 2 hours early, thank you! Second drawback, the screen in the box cannot be switched off completely and so it is not really dark. There are also a handful of LEDs that illuminate the box permanently. It's not particularly bad or bright, but it's a little annoying. The box is also very loud, you can hear people checking in and out or the cleaning staff at work all night long. Overall, it's probably better than sleeping on a bench or on the floor 👍

On August 21, the payment for booking a cabin at Frankfurt airport was withdrawn, then a notification of cancellation due to “overbooking” was received, with a promise to return the money. Great concept!I was passing through Munich and my flight was delayed. What a relief to know I could get a few hrs of rest in a nice clean and comfortable room. I would highly recommend!The screen at the foot of the bed has flight information, so you can definitely keep abreast with what is going on.The light in the bedroom can also be adjusted from the screen.

Good for a few hours sleep before an early flight, the alarm clock is extremely loud and it's only for solo travelers.But everything worked very well and was clean, unfortunately it was very bad, but there is a climate that cools down quickly.
