Rooms are ok. Just like the ambience. The service was a bit overwhelmed but that could also be because we were there during Oktoberfest. Actually had nothing to do with it, just got caught up in the hustle and bustle. But despite the many people, a lot of effort was made

I checked into the hotel in the afternoon, I just went into the room and left my luggage there. Late in the evening I noticed a number of defects.The first thing I noticed was that the rubbish in the bins had not been emptied. There was still my predecessor's trash in both the trash can in the room and in the bathroom.I also noticed afterwards that the container for facial tissues in the bathroom had broken off the wall.After the shower, I removed the towel from the corresponding holder. As I dried myself, I noticed several long, black hairs on the shower floor. I myself have short, blonde hair.All of these shortcomings have not yet motivated me to complain to reception - also due to the advanced time of around 11:30 p.m. I was very tired and just wanted to sleep.However, when I opened the duvet and saw at least one long, black hair in the bed, I was forced to report this to reception. After I had documented the defects with appropriate photos, I was asked if I would like to get a new room. Of course I answered in the affirmative. At around 12:00 a.m. I changed rooms.However, I have never had such a catastrophic experience in connection with cleaning standards in this or other hotels.

The location is 25 minutes away from the airportA beautiful hotel and everyone at the reception is helpful and gives advice beautifully so that they can provide you with the required serviceClose to them is a very excellent supermarketAnd a beautiful Japanese restaurantThe train station is close by, about 10 minutesTaxis throughout the country are expensive, so it is best to have a carBut to be honest, the hotel’s rating deserves more than 5 stars for its calm, comfort, and wonderful reception 🌹The breakfast buffet needs improvement. The dishes must be increased. Good luck to everyone

We had to spend a night in Munich due to a missed flight and very spontaneously got a comparatively cheap room here. The friendliness and helpfulness of the service staff was really very positive. We often stay in hotels and have rarely felt so well looked after.

After a canceled LH flight, I was welcomed here in the middle of the night in a very friendly manner and looked after. I would particularly like to highlight the cheerful lady on the night shift at the reception. The whole hotel was clean and sensibly furnished.

The female staff that was in the reception when we arrived was extremely polite and nice. She spoke perfect english and was very charismatic.. The hotel itself had a decent breakfast nothing special at all, but the rooms was very nice and we had a good sleep even thou it was a queensize bed..
