It doesn't feel clean, a dirty location, the room isn't vacuumed with all kinds of stains, the mattresses feel the springs when you touch the mattress, I don't recommend even a vacuum cleaner, they don't have enough, clean it yourself

The location is ok, and that's all, drunkenness and screaming is the order of the day when you enter, there's a huge stench from the shoes and socks standing in the corridor, the carpet in the corridor is covered with piss and puke, and there's also a bonus of cockroaches in the room.

The hotel was quite nice until the Ukrainians moved in, they left mess behind both in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, everyone sat in the kitchen and couldn't prepare anything in peace, screaming, keeping their feet on the tables, everyday drinking. The hotel itself is quite good, the service is also Ukrainian, what a failure... they think it's their home and they have it only for themselves.

Found roaches in room, bathrooms are filthy and not cleaned regularly, reception was very rude. Couldnt even get a kettle to boil water for caffee. People are running and banging walls all night, beds are old and uncomfortable. Room service and all the workers just enter your room, no matter what you are doing. You just hear and see the door opening. No knocking or anything. Will not visit again for sure.P.S.Here is the video of cockroaches. I didnt bring them in because I have better things to do in my life than bringing cockroaches in your rooms. And me being insulting or loud is blatant lie. Because my boss speaked with you, not me. I was there when receptionist was ill mannered towards myself and my boss even without me saying a word. And my boss was very friendly. Too bad his friendliness was met with such unfriendly tone. And too bad that my honest review got straight up lying answer and accusing me of bringing cockroaches in the room. And lying about them not being cockroaches in spite of the workers that came in the room few days after with chemicals to kill all the cockroaches. Thank you for your dishonest response, it just lets me see who you really are and how you decide to run your bussiness and treat your customers.

Overall, the guesthouse was ok. I've stayed in worse ones. The room is equipped with a washbasin, fridge and TV. The rooms are modest, but you can sleep well. Shared kitchen and public toilets and showers. Sometimes you have to wait in line, but not for long, because there are plenty of toilets and showers. The biggest plague of this guesthouse are cockroaches running on the walls and tables. There were days when you couldn't see them running, but on another day we managed to catch a few. The hotel's general areas are cleaned daily. Rooms are usually once a week or less. Sometimes it took up to three weeks to clean the room. The guesthouse is rather treated as a multinational workers' hotel inhabited 99%-100% by men.

2x 1 euro for a washing machine equals 3 hours of washing. Plain fraud and trickery. You can do two loads of laundry because you won't be able to do the third one. There should be a one wash option. Creepy!
