Had dinner in the inn with 4 people 3 weeks ago. Luckily we had made a reservation and were allowed to sit in the room. We found the inn more like a train station restaurant, very loud and uncomfortable.The menu reads very well, but not everything always ends up on the plate. Wild herb salad is an Italian pick salad, the duck was missing the pumpkin puree and the breast wasn't fried crispy on the skin, the Scottish salmon was missing the chard and there wasn't much of porcini mushroom to be seen either. I think the prices would be ok if the portions were a little bigger, the 4 of us needed a starter, main course and dessert, are between 60 and 70 years old and don't actually eat that much anymore.The dishes were also presented a bit carelessly, as if we wanted to but couldn't!With the wild herb salad, we asked the service to let the chef know. He later came into the room twice, but to the next table because there were compatriots of his there and they were apparently more important.We know what we write, one of us was a chef for 50 years, including 35 years as a master chef and at home in the gourmet kitchen.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in late September and LOVED our stay. The hotel was so nice! All of the details were so well thought out, everything was beautifully done, the breakfast was great, concierge was very accommodating, the view from our room was STUNNING. We definitely hope to return again someday in the future and stay for a longer amount of time!

Absolutely the dream location for a wedding reception. Great service, great rooms, the staff professional and always helpful. The swimming pond with a view of the mountains, as well as the view from the huge gable window of the ballroom. And a panorama of the Watzmann, WOW! Of course, all of this has its price.

We live nearby and have been visiting for two years, but each visit has been worse than the last. During our previous visit, we waited over an hour for our food, and the staff seemed irritated while serving customers. Today, just 15 minutes ago, while we were eating and sharing food that we ordered from Solo Du in the Biergarten, they took our plates without asking, even though we were still eating. The server, Milan, was extremely aggressive and even pushed one of the four customers.We complained to Jozef, another waiter, but he didn’t apologize or offer any explanation. Just five minutes after we complained, he cleared everything from our table and essentially forced us to leave.It’s a shame that a Michelin-starred restaurant has such terrible service. Despite the beautiful location, we've decided to make this experience public and will not be returning.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.The rooms are very nice, the only thing missing is air conditioning.The beer garden/restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a good, tasty selection.All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely vacation there again.

Dream location for our wedding!We had our wedding reception at the Kulturhof and it was really the best decision we could have made. It was a unique day!Ambiance:The location is simply beautiful: the wedding took place on the summit with a view of the Watzmann. That was very unique! Afterwards we had the champagne reception in the courtyard and then dinner and our party in the ballroom. This is very modern and made of wood and offers a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony.The children were perfectly "tidy" in the courtyard, by the swings and by the watercourse and you could still keep a good eye on them.Planning/Service:The entire Kulturhof team was incredibly warm, very well organized and really on their toes.We had our planning with Felix and Julia, who were much more than the Kulturhof's event managers. All organizational arrangements, including with the band, gardening, pastry shop, child care, witnesses, planning the wedding, the menu and the requests from overnight guests, came together with them and they took care of everything 100%: the two of them were then actually our “wedding planners” and we could always refer us to them if we had any questions. This gave us incredible peace of mind and - even though everyone had asked - we had no “stress” at all when organizing the wedding.The day before the wedding we coordinated with Felix, Julia and our witnesses and Michi was introduced to us as the responsible service manager.On the day of the wedding everything went like clockwork and even spontaneous changes were implemented flexibly. And yes, we were able to enjoy our own wedding :-)Food and Drink:It was very hot at our wedding and we found the Kulturhofspritz - with alcohol or non-alcoholic as desired - incredibly refreshing. The food was, as expected, excellent; We found the Angus beef loin and the fried salmon trout fillets from the Stanggass particularly tasty.Conclusion:The Kulturhof location and the entire Kulturhof team made it possible for us to have an unforgettable wedding. We would choose this location again at any time and can highly recommend it to any couple who is looking for a special place for this beautiful day in their lives. Thank you very much, dear Kulturhof team, especially Felix, Julia and Michi, for these wonderful memories!

I went to an event there, very well organized exhibition.What was absolutely unacceptable, too few staff to serve, service was the responsibility of the hotel operator..Waiting time for drinks and food ended in cancellation.The employee was absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of orders.He tried to make the best of the situation, but the hotel management has to react and plan more staff for such events.The price level is too high for the given framework.

We recently had lunch in the beautiful beer garden at Kulturhof Stanggass. Unfortunately, the service was very mediocre - even though the beer garden had just opened and only one other table was occupied, the head waiter (in charge) was extremely stressed and annoyed, and the cutlery in the wooden basket at the table was unfortunately not clean. The beer garden menu is not very appealing to vegetarians. The coffee we ordered at the end was very good. All in all - well.

Nice, new and family friendly hotel with top location. ||Due to restaurant and beer garden on site, very convenient for families with kids. ||Would have rated significantly higher, if rooms had been clean. Despite room service coming every day, rooms didn’t appear clean.
