No recommendation!Since my honest opinion on dealing with customers and the quality of the room does not seem to correspond to the guidelines, I have to shorten the details.We had a basement room with wooden beams in front of the windows and a very bad bed.We definitely won't come again.Card payment is not offered.What was positive (that's what the star is for):- we were able to check out after one night and cancel the second day free of charge- there was running water and electricity- the staff were friendly- the bathroom was ok, but also without daylight (wooden beams in front of the window)

Solid hotel with good rooms. The rooms are not the largest, but they are very clean and tastefully decorated.The service here is very good and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Very warm welcome during a school trip. Very friendly staff, super helpful and smiling, the breakfast served is copious and varied, of very good quality (the fresh rolls yum 😋). The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and very beautiful. A big thank you to you and good luck!

The service in the house is limited. Must be paid in cash!!! in the 21st century ? There are tight check-in and check-out windows - no staff outside these times. There are signs everywhere that tell guests what they should and shouldn't do. All in all not a hospitable atmosphere - I didn't feel welcome - more like a supplicant. The suggestion to express dissatisfaction is not taken seriously by the landlord - a shame, because the location is good and the rooms are ok.

Extremely expensive and poor service. Double room in the basement with mold in the shower and hair in the sink and bed. Towels were also used. Our request to have breakfast before 8:00 due to scheduling reasons was rejected with the words: "It's not our problem that you can't have breakfast after 8:00." When paying at 7:40 we noticed that other guests had already had breakfast.

+ nice rooms+ friendly hosts- Hair on the beds- Breakfast below standard- Reception is open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., but not always staffed. We were lucky, but guests after us left again because no one could be reached. Not even over the phone. This should urgently be changed. If you don't want to man the reception for 4 hours, you should at least always be reachable via your cell phone.
