My sister was there 3 weeks ago,I visited her briefly. I found it more like states. Not clean. Very unfriendly. Far too expensive for that.

Firstly, you don't discriminate against people based on their appearance, no matter what a person looks like, you should always treat them the same and with respect. Secondly, every person who pays for their hotel room is allowed to take visitors to their room just because they want extra money in their pocket and You don't have to scare this person out of the hotel. And the customer is king, people have paid for the hotel, then you can expect a certain level of service and not be attacked or discriminated against. Just because his nose doesn't fit, think about €260. It's a lot of money for two days and if you're going to kick these people out of the hotel room, you should also give these people back their money for at least one day. That's a scam. She wanted this couple to give him an extra €200. people around. This hotel is looking for something better. The heating didn't work. It stank. You really don't have to visit a hotel like that and I think every person who books a hotel room wants a certain standard

Quite expensive for a hotel in the Kuhdorf. If you book a double room, I expect bedding for two people, even in summer, but unfortunately that wasn't available. The breakfast was extremely simple, a few slices of toast, one type of cheese and one type of sausage, there was no cereal at all - definitely not worth 15 euros. If, as a host, I only had such a small selection for some logistical reason, then I would be embarrassed to ask for 15 euros for it.

I’m on a business trip, trade fair time not so easy found a hotel in Munich and surround area. Price is high, but you will get real value. High quality materials, clean design. My room was an amazing big one, equipped all necessary thing. If you travel by car, highly recomended!

A very special overnight stay awaited us at the Chalet Valley resort hotel.The (themed) rooms are large and clean, the bathroom is rather small but sufficiently equipped. Unfortunately, there is no way to prepare hot water for the existing tea bags. In our opinion, the 148 euros for the double room were not justified.The resort includes a beautiful garden and a small indoor swimming pool with Italian music (Adriano Celentano).Our nightly return turned into an adventure - included in the price. No, not because of the dogs present (very nice and not aggressive), but rather the loud greeting. "Come here, come here now!" and “What are you doing here?” as well as cries for help from the (sorry, later apologizing, embarrassed) partner with the words "Come here, there's a lot of trouble in my yard again" were a little surprising, and only a subtle reference to our room key disappointed the rest of us (fortunately (which we see rather humorously) hope for further escalations.We attribute the blame for this escapade to the consumption of one, or not exactly a few, fruit brandy drinks that the landlady enjoyed in the evening, but whose effects were probably underestimated and which impaired nighttime vision by an estimated 38% by volume. However, anyone - unlike us - who has no professional experience with acute adjustment disorders caused by ethyl toxicity could easily be frightened here.We took this incident - as well as the departure, where apparently due to the aftermath it was not known that we had already paid the bill in advance - with humor, but will refrain from staying any further nights here.

It was first time in my life that I had such bad experience with hotel just because of customer service.When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. I was laughed at by one owner that I requested about it because they don`t have it and they don`t need to have it. When I went down to the reception the wife`s owner asked me if everything is ok. I complained about lack of air conditioning and she reacted in the same manner as the owner. So I asked her why they advertise that they have air condition and she replied to me that something is wrong with me because she doesn`t feel hot.In the same hotel there was also my colleague and she told me to bring to his room invoice for the stay and I refused since I am not meeting with him. She replied to this WHY? DON`T MAKE ME ANGRY!” At that point I was literally shocked by such attitude to customer who pays 120 Euros per night.Another thing I disliked in this hotel was bottle of water next to mine bed. Normally when the bottle of water is next to bed that means it is complimentary but here it turned out it was 4 Euro for bottle and it was no information about it except that information was hidden inside the book.Walking around hotel in the night was also not easy. I wanted to go down to my car and it turned out that all the door are closed and only way was going around the hotel which was difficult because there was no light and I had to walk blindly. Forget about any help, reception most of the time is closed.Design of the room is also strange, water from shower goes into the room because there is no door in shower. Toilet also has no door so it looks like it is next to your bed.Only good thing is that room was clean.
