Luckily we were only there one night. Where should I start. Broken tiles, curtain rod hanging through dirty walls. The floor had lots of cracks and was coming up.The bed smelled terribly and the sink or shower probably haven't seen any cleaning products for a long time. There are thick dust flakes everywhere in the cupboards. Of course you don't expect a high standard for the money but it was subpar. The star goes to the really nice operator.It may be fine for fitters, but I don't recommend it for private use.

Cheap, but clean rooms with basic equipment and private bathrooms. There is also a basic kitchen (which could use some cleaning) and a free parking. This might not be the most beautiful place, but it’s definitely a great deal for a 1 night stay and the staff is amazing, very helpful and good-willed!

Great guesthouse. Price-performance ratio and location to the airport are more than top. Check-in is possible at any time. My room was clean and towels were changed regularly.If you had any further concerns or requests, the pension manager could be reached at any time.Thank you for the 2 weeks stay.

The worst guesthouse we have ever experienced and through our work we have met quite a few. A kettle in the room, but no cup, glass, fork or anything else.The price is €58 but is worth a maximum of €20.In the basement there is a small communal kitchen where grease is dripping from the walls, the extractor hood is greasy and sticky, 2 pans are covered in old grease and the stove is covered in grease. I don't think it's ever been cleaned here either. Disgusting high 3. The stairs must not have seen a broom or vacuum for several months.Fitters may ignore this, otherwise I can't imagine a positive review.

Only stayed one night because we arrived late in Berlin. We preferred to stay in the airport area. Room not very clean, a lot of dust and some furniture and tiles were broken.

The guesthouse is in urgent need of renovation. Some of the tile joints in the shower are missing, the shower is completely rusted, the room is not clean. Furniture, beds, linens have their best days behind them and are used up.

Not recommendable. When you enter the room you are greeted by an unpleasant smell, a mixture of cold smoke and worn socks. The room is generally in an unclean condition. Black mold in the joints in the bathroom, towel holder partly loose and apparently not wiped over. Some of the old broken brackets and screws are still hanging out. The bed sheet has some holes and the furnishings are partially damaged. And both remote controls don't work.

Not recommendable. Dirty, furniture just junk. Bed sheets with holes. No contact person on site. No soap in the bathroom. The room is much too small. Passage between the bed and the wall is much too narrow, even for an adult who weighs 60 kg. weighs. For the price of €65 the room should be clean. We are very disappointed.

Disaster! Rooms dilapidated and far too small. Toilet and bed in one room. Refrigerator broken. Cables were hanging everywhere. Community kitchen definitely doesn't invite you to cook! Didn't stay there and drove back straight away

Not very clean, very hot in the attic, micro kitchen. Microwave ovens are in terrible condition, terribly dirty inside. I won't remember it fondly 🥺

While tiny and compact, the room was very clean and fully functional (except for weak and unreliable wi-fi), with a bathtub, toilet and wash basin, wall-mounted cable TV and even a compact refrigerator. Communication could and should be better, and should disclose that no staff may be on hand for check-in, which is accomplished by leaving the unit door unlocked with the key inside. Outside lighting and signage is all but non-existent, making this a difficult and, frankly, frightening accommodation to find when a taxi or rideshare drops you off after dark (entrance is around the back). Had I been able to see the warrior skeletons and gargoyle on the roof (think Jason and the Argonauts) when I checked in late night, I might have asked the rideshare driver to return me to the airport. But in the daytime, it’s a very respectable neighborhood and feels safe and secure. Just a lot of odd choices (like semi-medieval wall decor) make this an unsettling experience at first. But the rock-bottom price and location near the airport may trump the negatives.
