OMG - incredibly dirty, smells enormous, far too expensive for such a dirty hotel, look at the room first, otherwise you'll waste your money. Unfriendly staff, you don't want to sleep, you get an incurable nasty disease.

The hotel is not bad but there is 1 minus: to get to the toilet or shower you have to leave the room if there was a toilet and shower in the room I would give 5 stars

Hotel absolutely not recommended, even if it is for one night you should spend more and look for another hotel. The biggest shock, apart from the toilets, which were at rest stop level, were the communal showers. Rooms didn't look anything like they looked online. Staff was very unfriendly. Would give 0 stars if possible.

My question is when did someone die there and why wasn't that person buried immediately?It smells like a corpse in there.I do not recommend it to anyone in their right mind.It's better to sleep in the car

This hotel is a real survival school in the corridors, you have to be careful not to lose your life. The room feels like a public transport with a person in crisis of homelessness. While sleeping, be careful not to smell the pillow because it can end very badly. Not to mention the shared bathroom.

Well, that was the worst thing ever. It looks like a prison, it's brutally dirty, I was awake all night because I didn't want to sleep in that bed, you get other illnesses there. Don't check in here!!We forgot to enter our booking and our room was no longer available so we had to take a room for 4 people and pay an extra 20 euros! We left a day earlier, that's not possible!!

Nice staff, state of rooms and bathroom not as bad as other opinions say, but still not clean enough, poor english (not everyone spoke in english, which is truly shocking), no information about check in and check out at the reception desk. Overall not recommend if you're not speaking in German.

I tried to book this for a simple overnight before flying out of BER. Terrible chaos in the booking process.The booking process turns into a lengthy email back and forth process. No simple online booking. THEN, you have to physical pay at the desk with cash BEFORE your stay or transfer the money through a bank wire. No credit cards or pay upon arrival. Not at all friendly to foreign guests who don't have German accounts.So once I finally got my German friend to transfer the money, radio silence. Then when I try to cancel, they magically say they've been holding the room for me even though they NEVER confirmed the payment, confirmed the reservation, nothing.So they kept my money essentially through terrible communication and awful business practice.And after reading all of these other reviews, it seems like I am saving my life and health by NOT sleeping in this place. It's sounds like a true house of horrors and terror. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and would strongly discourage you from even considering it.Spend a bit more money and get a reputable establishment. I guess I paid the price for trying to be thrifty.

Worst hotel I've ever seen. No sockets in the room, dirty, dilapidated, too expensive, loud, felt like 50 degrees Celsius in the rooms.Be sure to keep your distance!!

If the bed linen in a supposed hotel is dirty and the mattresses are disgustingly dirty and stained and everything around it doesn't look much better, you can't advise anyone to spend the night there... simply underground.

Very unreasonable. Didn't want to believe the reviews but it's not recommended even for one night. I would only do this if the demands are very, very low. Rooms are large, there is also a fridge but the shared bathrooms are particularly difficult, clean but broken (you couldn't connect the toilet). If you need accommodation for one night in order to fly on the next day, that's fine. Staff friendly too.

We arrived in the evening and the entrance area looked good and inviting. After waiting for 10 minutes we were greeted more or less friendly and shown our “rooms”! The rooms were relatively small but bearable for 3 days. After a closer inspection of the rooms, we noticed a few defects: broken lamps, broken floors, leaky windows where the moisture was already coming through.My colleague had exactly the same thing, with the only difference being that his heating was always running at full load and he felt like it was 40 degrees all the time.We still said we could handle the 3 days.Then came the shock of our lives! There was a shared bathroom with a shower. When we opened the door we were greeted with maggots, mold and the smell of urine and feces!! You definitely don't want to use the toilet.We then looked around further and noticed further defectsBROKEN LAMPS IN THE HALLWAY, ROOMS, as well as broken SMOKE DETECTORS, mold in the refrigerators and in the communal kitchen, don't even get me started!!We slept with our clothes on the whole time because otherwise it would itch all over our bodies.IT was just disgusting, this accommodation should be closed!!Spend more money and get better accommodation

Anyone who complains here doesn't understand what you can expect for this low price. The location is excellent. Various Berlin districts can be reached directly by S-Bahn without having to change trains. Directions by S-Bahn would be helpful. To Johannistal, leave the platform over the bridge and cross the Adlergestell. From the stairs, walk straight ahead for 300 m. After the gas station, take the first entrance on the left. The hotel is on the right.

Hotel is unreasonable. The room is very light, but there are no curtains or blinds, nor is there a trash can in the room. There is a shared shower/toilet, which is also very run down. Everything is rusting and calcified. I don't even need to talk about the night's sleep. It's loud in the hallway and someone comes out every few minutes. There was also a maintenance hall for the S Bahn next to us. Unbearable.Basically, this hotel has potential to do more with it.

HelloWe were there for 2 nights and it was terrible1. The rooms were quite good in terms of dysine, but they were completely outdated and one window couldn't be closed. And the fridge wasn't plugged in once someone even came in because they had a key for some reason.2. The showers we don't need to talk about mold and lime everywhere.3. The toilets were dirty and the window was broken in the men's toilet. I don't know in the women's toilet, but they were also completely narrow rooms.4. The kitchen was all dirty, rusty pots, beer bottles on and in the cupboards and there were still old dishes there and it was dirty there.5. The washing machines were also completely dirty and cost extra money.6. The staff was fine was the best in the hotel.
