We spent 7 nights there and were more than satisfied. Yes, with the window open you can hear the cars pulling up to the gas station in front of the door. But we're from the big city and used to noises like that. Breakfast was great and the restaurant is also very happy to recommend. Great staff and delicious food. We traveled with a small dog. There were no problems anywhere.

A wonderfully located hotel, in the immediate vicinity of the castle, there is nothing closer. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. There are towels, soap and shower gel. Helpful service, receptionist very nice and professional. I recommend

The hotel looks much better than in the photos. The advantages include clean bedding and towels. Very good food. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.The door can be opened without using a card, the shower must be closed carefully because the door may fall off. No blinds/curtains on the 2nd floor. To get to this floor, you have to go through half the hotel through labyrinths because the ladies are not willing to open doors other than the main one.Very unpleasant service in the restaurant. The ladies respond to every question with not very nice comments. You can get through it for one night, but I don't recommend it for a longer stay.

I have very mixed feelings. It's supposed to be a hotel, but the entire sink is dirty with soap, the shower is black, not only in the corners but half a meter deep, and instead of a mattress there's a very soft sponge.

Tasty, so-called rich breakfasts, dinners as well, but I recommend the liver with potatoes from water because it's delicious, and the garlic soup. The rooms are clean, only there are no teas, coffees, sugar and a kettle in the rooms because there were several people there and everyone complained and it's already a 3-star hotel so it should be standard. I highly recommend it.

I visit this hotel quite often, due to the large number of rooms there is usually enough space, compared to other smaller hotels/accommodations in the area, for a long time I have been struggling with cobwebs on the ceilings and a moldy shower or a non-functioning aerator that costs PLN 5.Somehow I endured it...This time the hotel staff treated me very unpleasantly:I booked a double room, the lady asked if I wanted two separate beds or one, I asked for two separate beds as I was traveling with my 11-year-old daughter, after arriving at the place everything was fine until quite a bit of smoke started coming out in the corridor around 10/11 p.m. intense smell of gasoline or gas, worried about this fact, I informed the reception about it, who was supposed to check it and call me back, after about 20 minutes of silence from the reception, I called again, the lady informed me that a furnace had turned on and that it was there and that it smelled like that , to which I replied that I was in the farthest room at the very end of the building, in case of any fire or carbon monoxide poisoning, I would have no chance of leaving the hotel with my daughter through the main exit, there were about 80 rooms between us and all the other rooms. The emergency rooms are closed. I was offered a room change - which I took advantage of. I had to pack up around 11 p.m. and go to the reception desk to get the key in the other building - when I got there, I found a receptionist with a hostile attitude, who started slandering me that I was a fraud because I had paid for the room. 1 person and there are 2 of us, I took out the invoice and showed how much I paid, she laughed at me and said that the service was 1 x 260, not 2 x amount and that it was a single room (with two beds from the very beginning) and as I mentioned, I stay here for 1 person. you pay about PLN 150-170 depending on the day, so I was sure that I paid appropriately, then she started forcing me to pay extra for breakfast, which I did not buy, under pain of not giving me the key to the replacement room.. all this in front of my 11-year-old daughter.. after moment of scuffle, I was kindly given the key, and we went to try and get some sleep, the next day after reporting the fact, another receptionist apologized to me with a mocking smile for my friend, it wasn't enough for me, I asked to talk to the owner and of course I was dismissed. The owner is never here etc... I warn you!
