Very good cuisine is offered here, a great price-performance ratio and the food is of very good quality. Top service, friendly and accommodating. The four-legged friends are also taken care of. The menu offers many variations of the dishes and also allows combinations. I can only recommend this restaurant too well. We are here often....!

We checked into the hotel for 2 nights due to a birthday party. We definitely give it 5 stars. Rooms super clean, service more than 5 stars, accommodating, friendly, almost family-like. You simply feel comfortable and in good hands very quickly. And the breakfast is also very rich. An extra cocoa was made for the grandchildren.We'd love to come back. Very nice staff who want to help as much as they can. The breakfasts were brilliant and original (despite the buffet). The rooms are also neat and cozy! I highly recommend it!

It was my first time staying at Albena and I was more than satisfied. The room is inviting and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean, which is something I attach great importance to when I travel. The room and furnishings are well maintained.The hotel is also easy to reach on foot from the train station.

A clean, nice and newly renovated small room with a new, modern bathroom in a cozy old building with a beautiful courtyard to relax in. The welcome was so extremely warm that you were immediately in a good mood. Even my last-minute request to rebook could be implemented without any problems. The only drawback is the location on a busy street, which means you can't sleep with the window open.All in all, the price-performance ratio is very good and I would be happy to come back.

Since my text wasn't accepted at Lieferando, I'll write it here again, even if I can't say anything about the rooms, but for me it's about the food 😜The pork knuckle meat with potatoes and sauerkraut was very tasty, the meat was nice and soft, the sauerkraut wasn't too sour like I like it. The potatoes were just rightRibs with potatoes and sauerkraut, the same very tasty, the ribs just lifted up and the bone came offPea pot with bockwurst and a Kaiser roll were also deliciousKaiserschmarn with applesauceBoth were very tasty in the applesauce, there were even pieces that weren't too sweet (homemade?) Very nice hotel in the center, very nice staff and parking for a small fee, which is appropriate in the city location. There is also an option for smokers in the beautifully landscaped courtyard

Everything is fine .BUT when you connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network, it is impossible to make a video call from your phone for some unknown reason.Likewise, you won’t be able to get through to your phone via video call.You reconnect to the mobile Internet and the entire video call goes throughThe tablet in the room is wonderful, although the menu is only in two languages, German and English, and the TV only has German programs and the tablet froze, most likely due to the weak Internet.The rooms are non-smoking, which for me is very nice; there is a courtyard for this. There was a large hall where there was a bar counter and tables, but how to use it. I never found out if I stayed in this Hotel twice.At the reception, the man quickly finds his way to a conversation and an interpreter, and the dialogue expert sets up the conversation perfectly.
