The hotel is older. Wooden staircase with motion detector for the light. But this quickly went out again before you had reached the next motion detector. We had to walk several steps in the dark several times. Danger of falling! The room was a twin (one bed on the left and one bed on the right against the wall). However, a double room was ordered (includes a double bed). The bathroom was OK. Everything clean and tidy. However, the beds are getting old. Mattresses were sagging and the frame didn't make the best impression either. Old bedspreads from anno Tuck. Breakfast buffet is OK. Another positive thing to mention is the price for our dog. The scam is €10 per day.

This guesthouse is the worst where I have ever stayed. I had a single room that was completely shabby, the blanket and the carpet were dirty. There were 2 mini bathrooms on the floor, which were at least renovated. There was a note in the breakfast room "Please don't stay long". I will never book in the guesthouse again.

This was my second time in Haus Dahlem. Last time I gave an average rating. BUT this time we were in room 101. What is absolutely objectionable and unacceptable for public facilities is the mold in the shower. I hope it will be removed as quickly as possible. This is possible with cleaning!!!!! We will visit the house again and check it out.

A somewhat outdated house, it has its own charm, the people are taciturn, but you have all the information you need, for example if you arrive late, the way to the FU/ZIB is easy to walk or take to make bus

I forgot my cuddly toy there and the lovely staff sent it back to me within a very short time (+ a sock, which I hadn't noticed until then) So thank you very much :) otherwise I would have really suffered the last few nights

The hotel is fine. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The light in the room was a neon tube. Insanely bright and uncomfortable. The bedside reading light didn't work.Breakfast was ok. Nothing special.

I have never seen such a terrible hotel/pension. The pictures of the rooms are really enhanced and photographed with filters. In reality, the single room is super small and has cheap furnishings. In the bathroom you have to think about whether to use the shower or the toilet. Parking spaces are not available. There are only public broadcasters. The receptionist or owner said that additional channels would cost them too much money. I paid €138 for this room and it wasn't worth it at all.

The price is adequate to the quality as it is an employee hit and the bomb comes with breakfast.
