The view is the best thing about the hotel, unfortunately you can't see the plate after sunset because the terrace is not litThe beer arrives half stale, there is hardly any choice and what is available is original frozen goods (when I asked, Persale assured me that they make the pizza themselves) I didn't get full and for that I paid €7.The employees are Asian women who speak limited German, which makes communication difficult at some pointsAbout the rooms: The remote control had hardly any battery left, some buttons didn't work at all, we couldn't deactivate the subtitles...Not recommended!

The hotel was booked by my company. Despite the bad Google rating, I wanted to see for myself. When I turned onto the street to the hotel (cobblestones, pothole, rough road) it was almost clear to me that the bad reviews could start now. When we arrived in front of the hotel, it looked pretty run down and unkempt. The keys were handed over to me in English - the staff was polite and attentive! After a 6-hour drive and a visit to a construction site, I skipped the shower - because I didn't have any bathing shoes in my luggage - and my disgust at entering the shower area barefoot was greater than ending the day without a shower. Last but not least, I wanted to turn on the television, but it wouldn't switch from radio to TV.The next morning I was very happy to have the hotel bill ready and to be leaving

The Seehotel Luisenhof is no longer the most modern, but the many negative reviews are absolutely unjustified. The rooms and furnishings are clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and service-oriented. If you come here, you shouldn't expect Marriott or Hyatt standards, but you will find clean rooms, fantastic access to the beach and a spacious facility with family charm - all at a fair price. A great option when the weather is nice, especially for Berliners looking for a cheap break from the hustle and bustle of the city!

There were 6 of us plus the dog. When we arrived we thought the accommodation was closed. After a long search we found someone. The location is really great, you can do so much with it, but the owner doesn't seem to mind. *Holiday home* very sporadically furnished. Extension sockets everywhere, everything that was broken was just glued together. Dishes very dirty. Beds thrown together... spiral staircase not actually usable, as well as the terrace. It was advertised as pet-friendly, but dogs were not allowed near the water. All in all, the photos were not true. The breakfast is also not nearly as shown in the photos.Unfortunately really not recommended...

The remote location of the hotel on a lake is beautiful. Not the road to it. We ended up here by chance while passing through while looking for a hotel room near Frankfurt A/d Oder. It must have once been a beautiful place. But now it's a sinister run-down joint. The weeds overgrow the entrance, the plants inside that are not made of plastic are dead. The food is hilariously bad, the soft drinks are diluted, the breakfast with rubber eggs and the cheapest ingredients. The Asian operators are very friendly but are participating in an already losing competition. The rooms are jaded and spartan. The beds are bad. It is best to avoid this hotel.

Im convinced that this was a fantastic hotel, decades ago. It’s placed in the middle of nature at a beautiful lake. The personnel is very, very friendly. But the place is run down. …

We arrived yesterday and were a group of 9 people + 1 dog.The staff is very friendly and takes care of any complaints immediately, whether I think that filled soap is just part of it when you know someone is coming. The rooms are spartan but okay for one night, although I have to agree with one of my predecessors: everything was only poorly repaired, the soap containers were sticky and dirty, loose cables in the shower. The spiral staircase was very wobbly, no dishwashing tabs, we tried putting a little detergent in the dishwasher, but what can I say, we were allowed to wash almost everything again by hand. The balcony is huge, but neither covered nor light for the evening. The parasol was super germy. The grill was broken so it took us forever to finish everything (but we didn't have to pay anything for it). The breakfast is a disgrace for 10 euros per person. The pictures that can be found on the internet are old pictures. Last but not least, my friend went out with her dog this morning and had no idea that the German Shepherds (which belong to the owners of the hotel) were running around freely, they came running towards my friend's dog baring their teeth (3 in number). An absolute disgrace, she loudly managed to save the situation. There is dog excrement everywhere on the meadow, even though dogs are forbidden on this meadow. All in all, it was the last time we were there, which is a real shame because the location is fantastic. 🤷‍♀️
