The hotel is located in two buildings. If you are unlucky, you will choose a room with a window overlooking a very busy intersection and the noise starts at 4 am. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, which takes you to the S-bahn station and into the city center. The bus runs every 20 minutes. Across the street is a general grocery store called Peny. In the hotel you can buy breakfast, buffet, quite a large selection. Free, large parking lot for hotel guests. Very nice and helpful hotel staff. The hotel is quite far from the center.

Unfortunately I can't say much positive about this hotel. I stayed in the next building with my son from Friday to Sunday. We first arrived shortly after 7 p.m. and there was no contact person on site. Check-in worked without any problems, but we spent over an hour looking for the building next door! There was only a small description in the entrance which was easy to miss. Navi kept giving wrong directions. A note would have been nice that you shouldn't rely on the navigation system or directions on the site map. And no contact person even though it said everywhere until 8 p.m. on Fridays.I haven't seen or heard from anyone the entire time! Only the nice lady at breakfast who unfortunately could hardly speak German. Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately the light rolls were baked so hard that my son didn't eat any of them, despite paying. By the way, I think it's a shame that it wasn't stated when booking that the breakfast would take place in another house. Because I would never have booked it otherwise. It was more tiring to walk to the main house early with my “special” child than if I had quickly stopped at the bakery.The only positive thing was the rooms. Everything was clean, everything you needed was there and enough for sleeping. The only negative point was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Great places in a secluded district of Berlin in Kaulsdorf, a good place for a business trip, e.g. the Inotrans fair, but also to visit Berlin with your family because it is very well connected

Room furnishings are no longer new, but completely fine. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was renovated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Good selection. But the hotel is already very far out. Lots of free parking spaces. Overall a really good price-performance ratio. We would stay there again. Checking in digitally after 6 p.m. went smoothly.

Rooms in the main building were clean upon arrival, but no room service at all. The hotel information mentions a "reduced" service, but what this is supposed to include is a mystery to me. The "please clean" door hanger was ignored three times and was still hanging that evening. Above all, when you stay for four nights and the temperature in the room is over 30 degrees, it's not even possible to be taught how to use the trash can! Every evening, despite the blackout curtains being drawn, we had to cross-ventilate the rooms via the emergency exit for half an hour in order to be able to even think about sleeping, as there is neither air conditioning nor fans.The breakfast selection is sufficient and relatively cheap at €10. However, on Thursday there were (baked) rolls from the previous day in the basket that were no longer edible. And on the weekend the staff didn't manage to restock cutlery, cups, rolls and coffee in time, so there were longer waiting times despite instructions.The location is quite far from the center. It took us about an hour on public transport. Since you had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat, the morning rush hour traffic was clearly noticeable during the week, even though the hotel is in a large residential area.All in all, I wouldn't book here again because I expect a hotel to at least provide (albeit reduced) room service with beds made, trash cans emptied and bathrooms cleaned.

At first it looks a bit wild from the outside, the hotel is currently being repainted. Visually like a container hotel. I think the design is cool. Nice staff, my room was clean, the furnishings were okay, everything was a bit bumpy, but it was completely fine. Had good WiFi reception there. My bathroom was also clean, no old hairs or anything like that. The breakfast was also really good. The garden in the entrance area was also clean and well maintained. Small point of criticism, it was very warm in my room. 2nd floor no air conditioning. Behind the hotel is the parking lot and a few tables and chairs for sitting outside.

For 3 days no cleaning in the room, annex building located 200 m from the main one so go have breakfast and in heavy rain don't forget your soap, no elevator no air conditioning but on the other hand under the windows a road main road in very poor condition on the other hand traffic worthy of a highway, I do not recommend this hotel, I have never seen that.

Impossible to open the windows due to traffic!! No air conditioning or fan! Mattress with fixed! And to have breakfast you have to go 10 minutes walk to a hotel in the area. Very uncomfortable

We stayed in the annex building (for tourists), the room was clean and initially made a good impression. The beds were very uncomfortable, we slept very poorly, the spring mattresses were worn out! Room with 2 windows directly on the main street side (Alt-Kaulsdorf Str. corner Chemnitz Str.) was very loud around the clock. There was no ventilation or anything similar in the room, so you could only sleep with the windows open, but it was very noisy because of the traffic on the street.Already at the entrance to the stairwell there is a clear smell of mold (old building with wooden stairs). Parking was fine, but you should get a parking permit in the main building. At no time was there anyone to be found at reception for information or complaints! The automated check-in/out ran smoothly! The daily breakfast buffet was always fresh, clean and well stocked. The only service employee that we met (at breakfast) in the main building was very nice and friendly, although she didn't speak any German, but we got by with English. If we come there again, we will ask for an overnight stay in the main building if possible; So we give the hotel another chance! The location is very good, from there you can reach the center quickly and easily by car.

I stayed at this hotel with my family in mid-June. The fact that a hotel like this is still offered in Germany is embarrassing.Entrance to the house: The carpet was so dirty, walking on it was disgusting. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside the door.Room: The beds were stained. There was dust everywhere. There were cigarette butts in a nightstand. Bathroom, the vanity doesn't work at all. A washbasin like this doesn't belong in a hotel. The showerhead in the shower is calcified. The rooms are so warm. No air conditioning and no ventilation system. So the window was left open overnight. But you can't sleep there. Trucks are constantly driving on federal highways, even at night. I expect a hotel in 2024 whose rooms will be equipped with air conditioning or a ventilation system. Breakfast was okay.

You get what you pay for so ofcourse you do not exspect a 5 star hotel with a lot of breakfast and big room. I would recomend this hotel to people who is only looking for going out in the city and not spending much time at the hotel

My wife and daughter and I were very positively surprised. The bus stop is very close. The hotel doesn't look attractive from the outside, but the rooms were ok. Standard breakfasts. We recommend it to people who want to spend a few days in Berlin away from the center at a reasonable price.

Was disappointed...... the reception wasn't manned at all, just like that 😏The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired.Breakfast was mediocre 😑I don't think the price/performance ratio is right.
