10/10/2024 After arriving and checking in at the reception at 2:00 p.m., I reported that the room was cold. The room was cold, the temperature was around 18°, the heating was not turned on throughout the season and it was completely cold. At the reception I received information that the central heating was in poor condition and not ready for operation. And that the plumber said that it will not work in the near future and does not guarantee that it will start tomorrow. The temperature in the room at 5 p.m. dropped to 16°, we sat in the room in our jackets. I went down to talk to the reception if they had any solution to the situation to provide us with warmth and a minimum temperature in the rooms. Taking into account that at night the temperature outside will drop to 6 degrees. And at 5 p.m. it was cold in the room. The service lady said that the manager had no solution for this situation. And I don't know if it's a problem because it's not winter yet. The service and the decision of the hotel manager were not nice, and she treated us rudely as if we had no rights to discuss. without any solutions or answers to the lack of conditions. We left the hotel at 6 p.m. After prior contact with the receptionist. We felt unwelcome in the atmosphere. Such situations occur at the DOM TURYSTY W KOSTRZYN hotel. WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL, AND WITHOUT REFUND OF THE ACCOMMODATION FEE. I decided to inform about the whole incident.

It's a pity that you can't give negative points, because what's happening in this facility is a scandal. The service was rude, arrogant, unable to express themselves politely and shouting at guests. Conditions in the facility without comment. No heating and refusal to turn on at temperature around 6°C at night. Lack of willingness to resolve the cold situation in the room amicably, even though I took the initiative. Not to mention a total lack of competence. Mrs. Aneta and her superior have absolutely no knowledge of working in a hotel, serving hotel guests, consumer rights, or the rules of operation of hotel facilities. I wonder if the owner of the company is aware of the actions of his employees, who brazenly throw hotel guests who raise objections to the street.

I don't like it at all. Rooms are mainly used by workers who do not follow house rules. People smoke and drink until late at night and riot

Great price. Perfect for cyclists. I was able to park my bike in a room where there were already many other bikes. You get a very small room with a bed, table, chair and sink.WiFi was constantly failing for me.

Dirty smell and bugs. Internet didn't work. The room and the entire building were filled with tobacco smoke. I was there twice: first and last. I do not recommend.

Dirt, mess, partying foreigners, stench in the rooms, toilets full of piss, pubic hair everywhere... For the first time in my life I had to clean the bathroom in a hotel to be able to wash myself without vomiting. Never again!!!

I would like to give each 5 minus points. There wasn't even a chair in the room. The bed at ground level. I think four boards about 20cm high were nailed around the mattress. The laminate lifts. Cold water in the evening and also early in the morning. There wasn't even a glass or a cup. Overall not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything you need. Unfortunately very thin walls. Good thing I had earplugs with me. I was able to park my bike safely :) unfortunately the employee wasn't in a good mood. But the gentleman who was with her was all the better :)

The conditions are adequate to the price, but it's really cool. During a bicycle trip to the seaside, it is important to get enough sleep and store your bike safely - and this is guaranteed. The service is very nice, the rooms are clean. I recommend it as a stop during your trip!

I don't recommend it.For this price, the heaters are turned on from 8 p.m. to around zero at night, but it's warm outside during the day, which makes for a good location
