I give 2 stars because of the good location to the trade fair. Walking distance.The rest was standard youth hostel, the pictures don't correspond to the condition.Not very clean, the previous garbage was still there.An old kitchen with no accessories in the room. But not even something to heat water.Metal slatted frame. Noisy rooms.And the best thing about breakfast, which isn't even worth the amount of the travel expense bill: the service helped itself more to the breakfast than the guests, filling their bags.I felt very uncomfortable.And I've rarely experienced the whole thing for €120 including a company discount.

Plus one - parking, room: linoleum is torn, furniture, doors are scratched, in the morning I woke up from the buzzing of wasps, about 10 of them settled in the lamp, got dressed in the corridor, in response to complaints - I didn’t hear the word sorry, the coffee machine, which is in the advertisement, does not work,

The rooms have no cutlery, no water cooker, no pans, no plates, no glasses, no cups.In the afternoon I asked if it would be possible to get a cup of hot water for tea in the evening and got a yes. That evening, another member of the staff bluntly said "Nein". When I told her that her colleague told me earlier that it would be okay, I got a very grim look and a deep sigh. "Zehn Minuten.".Danke schon! Felt very unwelcome. My sincerest apologies for being a human being that paid 95 euros for one night. I'm sure you must feel very proud of treating your paying guests as garbage.Nice touch to enter my room and hour before the checkout time for "cleaning" and being very blunt to me about that "I had to leave".What is wrong with these people? Why do they work in hospitality? If you hate people go work for the city of Amsterdam.

I would like to say up front that my rating only reflects the current state of the hotel. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't quite as relaxing as hoped. The hotel was very noisy as there were many young people in the house, which affected the night's sleep. There were also some deficiencies in the room: some of the walls seemed to be poorly painted over, the toilet lid wobbled, the mirror was cracked and the shower head didn't work properly. The shower tray was also clogged and there were cobwebs on the ceiling.I understand that something like this can happen, but overall it unfortunately resulted in an unsatisfied impression. Maybe this was an isolated case, but I would still like to see more emphasis on maintenance in the future.

I've seen a lot of crappy hotels, but never worse than this one at this price. Mold in the shower, dirt everywhere, poor breakfast, horrible service, bed left over from the Great War. What a shame!!!!

Clean, tidy, nice service. Towels clean every day. Perfect for people who just want to sleep and take a bath. Maybe a small minus for the lack of a kettle in the room. I don't know about breakfast because we didn't have time and we ate on the way. Overall I recommend it❤️

The rooms are old, dark and uncomfortable. I was glad I only had to be there one night. The bathroom was worn out and there was mold on the wall.

What else is there to write here other than: Book another hotel room. The room was unbearable with the window closed because it simply smelled musty, as if someone had hidden smelly socks somewhere. Everything was sticky and dirty which made the room very uncomfortable. I always find it unpleasant to rate hotels poorly, but in this case you simply have to say that this hotel is not recommended.

Don't know what people are complaining about here? Everything was clean and for the price absolutely no complaints possible! I'm happy with everything and will come back more often! Thank you for the great accommodation :) and ps the food was always excellent!

An unbelievable amount of dirt throughout the entire hotel! Rolls freshly baked 3 times and rock hard. Tomatoes mushy, days old. Nothing was fresh! Flies everywhere at the “buffet”. …

I'm really at a loss for words about this "hotel". The room was a disaster. Curtains torn, stains on the walls, sockets not properly in the wall, cobwebs everywhere, everything felt 100 years old and very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom as far as the eye could see, there was no way to put anything on, there wasn't even a lid on the toilet and I don't even want to talk about hygiene. First we went to the nearest supermarket and stocked up on disinfectant.Breakfast was also a tragedy. A kind of roll to bite your teeth into, for some flavor there was cheese, sausage and jam. Tomatoes and cucumbers didn't look very appetizing.All in all, this “hotel” is not recommended!

Very disappointing. The reception is still quite inviting but then it stops. Our room was just run down. There is dirt and cobwebs in every corner, the furniture is worn out. The worst thing was the bathroom. We went out and bought disinfectant. The tiles next to the toilet were full of urine stains and the floor wasn't any better. My garage is cleaner there.

The only positive thing is the staff at reception!!I had a horrible night with my family!!Endless bed bugs!!I hope it was just bed bugs!!🙏🙏🙏After checking in and taking a walk until about 11 p.m. we went to bed!!At 3 a.m. my family packed up and spent the night in the car!!We were struck with an itch that lasted for a week afterwards!!Recommend anyone looking for an overnight stay to give the "Queens Park BED BUGS Hotel" a wide berth.The health department should actually take a closer look at hotels like this!!I keep scratching myself just thinking about it!!😡😡😡🤢

This hotel does not meet even the most basic standards. Every youth hostel is much better equipped.There's no need to talk about the cleanliness, and the service isn't very helpful either. When describing, it's easiest to simply cancel the guest's booking than to do anything. For this price you can stay much better elsewhere in Berlin

I looked into this hotel very carefully before booking. Since it was very close to the embassy we had to go to, I booked it. The reception was very nice and polite but then we went to the room. Very old furnishings, a double and a single bed, an open shelf for clothing. The floor was very dirty, which I noticed after showering because the soles of my feet were dirty again. The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is also very old. Since this hotel only serves breakfast, we went into town and found a great Asian restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was like it was in the old days of the Bundeswehr. Everything neat in portion cups and the rolls a little harder, but I had already read that. In short, the hotel is located in the back yard and it is very quiet. If you don't value luxury and want to stay cheaply, €65 is the right place for you.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. When you check in, everything seems friendly and warm, and the pictures on the screen are inviting. When you enter the room you get a shock. Broken bed, dirty bed, desk not even wiped, used towels on the closet, and to top it all off, the bathroom was completely dirty. At the reception they just said that there was no other room and that it couldn't be cleaned because there was no cleaning staff left. I've never experienced anything like it and I can't recommend it to anyone at all.
