We spent a week as a couple (66 and 62 years old) at the Hotel Victoria Suites and had the attic suite with a gallery and a view of the lake. The suite was large and nicely decorated. The kitchenette had everything you could need. The bathroom is very large with a great shower and generous storage space. The bedroom was upstairs in the gallery with a separate TV and air conditioning (which you can hear when it's in use, especially at night). The balcony (please don't call it a terrace, as it's misleading) is super large and covered. It is equipped with four chairs, a table and a sun lounger; and you have a nice view of the park. Unfortunately, you could only see the lake behind the large trees. The hotel has a paid car park and a paid underground car park. However, the underground car park is a bit narrow, especially for larger vehicles, and requires maneuvering skills, especially if all the parking spaces there are full. The breakfast was delicious and varied, we were particularly pleased with the long breakfast time. All the employees we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the recommended thermal baths and several restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, the Victoria Suites is a very nice hotel on Scharmützelsee. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place.

We celebrated our wedding in the hotel in a small circle with family and friends. It was a really wonderful weekend that we were able to spend here thanks to the smooth communication, from getting to know the location to further detailed arrangements and implementation. All the staff were extremely committed and friendly, so we will definitely come back and can fully recommend it.The food was excellent and the service was very accommodating. The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. The immediate location on the lake rounded everything off.We would like to thank the team around Ms. Haderthauer-Richter and Mr. Elstner, you made this weekend special for us.Best regardsScherner family

From our point of view, the Victoria Suites are not suitable for us: a lot of rules (bathrobes cost an extra fee, minibar expensive and manageable), not modern and clean, especially on the terrace, breakfast only from …

The perfect house for a stay in Bad Saarow. Just a few steps to the magnificent thermal baths. It couldn't be more central. Everything within walking distance. Quiet location, smooth service. Very clean. Nice park. Rich breakfast. Gladly again.

Nice little hotel. The service was very nice and accommodating. The kitchen is great, great food. Our room was good but the balcony was very small and narrow. The sloping ceilings weren't that great either, we bumped into them several times. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great.Unfortunately we had to get into the tub to shower, which was also very inconvenient. The breakfast was good and everything was the same every day!!!But otherwise we liked it.

It was very nice in this hotel. Small, pleasant, clean. We had a suite with a view of the garden, park and lake. The service was friendly and helpful.

The location, the staff and the rooms are great. However, the fact that the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday evenings during the high season, given the high overnight stay rates, is extremely disappointing. In addition, the “spoiled breakfast” with dried scrambled eggs and extremely hard baked rolls was not worth the €22.50/person.
