There was no hot water in the bathroom and the shower was broken. Various light switches and lamps defective. Didn't get the bed that was booked.

Good location to get to the old town of Köpenick on foot. Service at reception and also when checking out - slow and without a smile. The bartender was great. Room service very early and even though you haven't checked out yet. As for the room itself, you can sleep in it, but keeping the bathroom door closed can also cause a sewage or odor problem. Great view of the castle...

The location of the hotel is fine, with good connections to the train. But that's pretty much all that was positive about our stay. The rooms were very unclean, the bathroom was a bad joke, housekeeping and reception are incompetent and rude.Very unfortunate.

The location of the hotel is not bad, but it takes 45 minutes to get to the city center by public transport (including changing trains twice). The rooms were clean, but getting old: mold in the bathroom joints, the body of the beds torn, pillows extremely thick and not suitable for sleeping, sometimes a smell of feces from the shower drain, the bottom of the shower curtain discolored and stuck together, no minibar (we had two rooms, that was same for both). Rooms facing the street were very noisy, even with the windows closed. Staff friendly, but inattentive at breakfast (had to wait a long time early for certain things to be refilled). We wouldn't come back.

The hotel benefits from its location. The staff, especially at breakfast, were super rude and irritable.For €320 (2 nights) I've had much better hotels in Berlin.

After booking an expensive double room, we were denied access to our room yesterday. At the reception we were told that check-in was only possible between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - despite multiple written confirmations that check-in can take place FROM 3:00 p.m. Our previous check-in request was not addressed at all, we just received the same standard response.The employees at the reception were not only extremely unfriendly, but also showed no understanding for our situation. As a result, we had to spend the night on the street, and the money for the room is gone. I have never experienced such disrespect and hostility to customers in my entire travel experience. Absolutely not recommended!

I booked a quiet room and got a room facing the main street. I was able to rebook this straight away, the new room costs 15 euros per night. When I wanted to drive to work one morning, an employee's car blocked 3 cars somewhere, upon request she has to park too 🫣

Everything went okay for me. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.Also has an outdoor space which i recommend having breakfast in if the weather is good.The only thing i didn't expect was to pay parking at my check out for the days i stayed (10€/day).Other

No air conditioning over 30 degrees in the room, not even a bottle of water in the room, no kettle, no coffee machine, no glasses and no refrigerator, so you couldn't even cool drinks, let alone the diabetic medicine, unfortunately I can't go to this hotel recommend.

We had an overall good stay: the room was large and very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect for discovering Köpenick or attending a football game in the Alte Försterei.We had a room facing the inner courtyard with a view of the Dahme.

Let's start with the positive: I was happy that we had parking space to leave our car securely overnight. The price of €10 was acceptable. The breakfast times are great if you have to leave early in the morning. I've rarely experienced checking out until 12 p.m. - that's worth mentioning.Disliked · Unfortunately everything else. Our room faced the main street. The tram passes directly in front of it - every day from 4:00 a.m.It was 30 degrees in Berlin that day and our room was heated up accordingly. However, we were able to forget about airing it out. A sticker on the window informed us that this window was equipped with high-quality insect protection - unfortunately there was no trace of this. There was a street lamp directly in front of the window, where the mosquitoes gathered like Christians in church at Christmas - so the window stayed closed. Meanwhile, some mosquito comrades were already hanging dead on the curtains. Covering up was out of the question. As we entered the room, spider Thekla greeted us on the ceiling. Since we had already paid for the room, she had to leave the room barely alive. We slept very little that night. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that I thought someone had left a compressor on in the room. The crowning finale was breakfast. 10 minutes after breakfast officially opened, the cold cuts had already been completely plundered. The coffee was from a fully automatic machine, but it tasted like the carpet smelled.
