We have nothing to complain about except the lack of hearing.Quiet location, easy check-in with code, modern bathroom with shower, comfortable beds. However, the rooms were very noisy. We could hear almost every word from the next room. We'd love to come back!

Very friendly staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are communal, but everything, including showers, are privately separated from each other. U and S bahn connection to the centre is great. The kitchen is a little bit small, but had all necessary amenities, except a stove.

Everything looked new, modern and was very clean. Self check in worked like a charm. Cosy atmosphere in a great neighbourhood with good public transport connections, a couple supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Bed was quite firm but comfortable and both sides had a night stand, reading light and power outlets! Windows open to let some fresh air in. And the price can’t be beat.Shared kitchen and bathroom were very clean as well, plenty of toilets and showers for the number of rooms. What would make it even better? A fan - it was quite warm, the building is insulated well and on the ground floor so AC is not necessary but a small fan would be great. And the pillows were way too soft but that is also personal preference.

The fact that the room (No. 24) itself was very small wasn't the problem; it corresponded to the specification of 12 square meters, but the bathroom had an impossible size, the shower was in the middle and the passage to the toilet was definitely too narrow at just 34cm wide ! This results in a high risk of falling and tripping!!! Shower with a shower curtain is also not very comfortable, no matter how you try, it always leads to a large puddle of water in the bathroom and anyone who is familiar with narrow showers with shower curtains knows how annoying it is when the curtain constantly sticks to you! Despite the attractive tiles, the bathroom gets a negative grade overall! The room is not suitable for older people; In my opinion, this is also questionable in terms of building law!I was there as a single person over Easter and the price of 117 euros per night without breakfast was absolutely excessive! In addition, the rooms are in a normal apartment building and on Saturday I was woken up by the noise of hammering and drilling from the apartments above me!The reception was unmanned for the three days; You check in using a numerical code... so, hardly any personnel costs, and this doesn't justify the high price of the room either! In the hallway you could use a kettle to make tea. There was also a small fridge there, but it wasn't appropriate since you had to share it with several rooms given the price. Will definitely choose a normal hotel again next time!
