Definitely avoid the hotel… room canceled at short notice during InnoTrans time, emails by phone simply ignored. Very very very very bad service… I really don't know that there is anything like that anywhere near Berlin, it's a real shame.

You can book the hotel for one night, but the rooms at the back are not recommended for a peaceful night's sleep.No air conditioning is a real shame.We still had food in our cupboard from the previous visitors.The location is unbeatable.

We had clear concerns when traveling to the hotel because of the negative reviews. The hotel was the cheapest we could find on a festival evening & the location was simply brilliant thanks to the S-Bahn connection. The hotel wasn't nearly as bad as it is portrayed here. A nice young lady at the counter, room set up with table, fridge, fan & TV. Everything was generally very clean, of course some of the furniture was already worn out, but nothing earth-shattering. It's more of an old-fashioned hotel, but that didn't matter to us when we stayed overnight. Next door there is a kebab, a kiosk, an Asian restaurant and a bakery - everything you need. The lake can be reached in a few minutes on foot and the S-Bahn station too, because the hotel is in the same building as the S-Bahn house. But you don't hear anything acoustically.We are completely satisfied and recommend it to people who sleep here for 1-2 nights and are actually mainly only in the hotel to stay overnight.

If you're just passing through and only use the room to sleep, this hotel is just right for you. Since the hotel is located above the Wannsee train station, you shouldn't expect a nice view, but you can get to the platform in just a minute.

Stay away from this hotel. The best thing about the whole thing is the location right on the Wannsee and the Wannsee train station. And you could really do something great with it.The entrance area is already uninviting, there is a lot of rubbish and dirt from the neighborhood, the former small beer garden is completely neglected.As soon as you enter the building you notice an unpleasant smell. The reception is hidden behind a door.We were given two rooms, when entering the first room the smell was more of a stench, in the second room it was even worse. In the larger room, a family room with two double beds, we found dirty bed linen, everything was completely dusty, the closet was repaired with gaffa tape on the back and generally the furniture was in very poor condition. We had to ventilate the room first and did that for over an hour.In the second room, a single room, the smell was even worse. In the bathroom there was centimeter-deep dust on the shelf for the towels.Both toilets were basically unreasonable, and we've been to festivals several times and even then it wasn't that bad.The Sky receiver in the room had no reception and the kettle was so calcified that you couldn't heat water in it.In the hallway there was a refrigerator in which there were open sausage and cheese packages, I have no idea whether there was breakfast there or whether it was food from guests.We preferred to leave the hotel again and luckily found a hotel a few kilometers away with rooms still available. When you consider that the room in this hotel was even cheaper, you really wonder how self-reflective you are in Bonverde or whether you are simply blind to the company and are still happy about a fully booked hotelThis hotel on Wannsee is not even recommended for one night. You could really do something with it, you would just have to renovate and redo everything.

Room simply furnished. Clean but not clean (dark spots in the shower). Staff friendly and flexible. The hotel would have received 3 stars from me, but due to the outrageously expensive price (125€) it is only 2. 50€ would have been appropriate.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The hot water pipes run through the room they have given me, and it is as if the heating was turned on at full power!!!!! ALL DAY!!!! . I have to sleep with the window open all night because the heat given off by the ducts is very great. With the window closed it is very hot. There is never anyone at the reception or on the phone, and it is not the room I booked on Booking. When there is one day left to leave the hotel, they have offered me to change rooms, a little late, right? And on top of that you had to pay in cash, because they had a broken dataphone. Incredible. It has nothing to do with the photos on the web. There is no cafeteria. Anyway, nothing to do with the website advertisement. disastrous experience
