Very expensive for what it is..lousy rooms, beds, mattresses. quilts and the like. She didn't even have sheets laid out and we put them on ourselves. The quilts without duvet covers. Room without wardrobe, without fridge!! Not even from outside!

Very basic facilities, but at least clean. Some hostels are significantly better and cheaper, but take what's available

It's called a happy hotel but as soon as you arrived you were anything but happy. The staff didn't speak German and only swore in Polish and was very disrespectful. The rooms were terrible. 2 sockets for 6 beds, blood splatters in the room, lamps don't work, shower is leaking and the bathroom is constantly under water, no cleaning ladies came and did anything, there was mold everywhere and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only good thing was the external chef and the food was okay too. Just like the location. But otherwise an absolute disgrace. And then for such a price.

The hotel is an absolute disaster, there was mold everywhere in the room. The beds weren't beds at all and were more like prison cots. The employees didn't speak a word of German and were absolutely unfriendly. The price was also absolutely overpriced and the price performance was bottom drawer. The only thing that was really good was the dinner, but it was prepared by an external chef and not by the hotel itself. All in all, this was one of the worst hotels I've ever been in and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants even the slightest bit of hygiene.ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!

Arrived at the Happy Hotel and checked in. Got up to the room and was very disappointed. As a school class you can't expect much, but I would have preferred to sleep under a piss-filled bridge and it would probably have been more clean and comfortable there. Not a single person from the staff spoke German and if you spoke up something was thrown at you in Polish. The guy at the reception shouts at you in English and simply insults us and the rooms and especially the bathroom were full of mold. Someone among us smoked weed every day and it was unbearably loud.Anyone who spends the night or wants to spend the night here is either on a school trip or simply sick in the head and into masochistic games.NEVER AGAIN!

Overall the hotel/hostel was a disappointment. The room was very small and narrow, but the bathroom was huge and spacious. So the six of us had problems finding enough space in the room. In other hostels I've stayed in that are in the same price range, the rooms were larger.Unfortunately, the WiFi only worked in the bathroom. You were connected in the room but nothing worked due to the speed. The beds were okay, but some of the mattresses were very sagging and you could feel the slatted frame. There were blood splatters on a bedThe cleaning staff came every day and changed towels. Some towels were taken away and no new ones were given. The cleanliness of the toilet wasn't particularly good either. The receptionist was very unfriendly. He kept shouting Kurwa. When we rang the bell at reception in the evening instead of once, he shouted at us.The 2 stars are only because of the breakfast, which was really good. Dinner was also delicious. The chef who distributed this was very accommodating and friendly.

The bathrooms were moldy and the staff was incredibly unfriendly. The only normal thing was the breakfast, for the money you really get something better.
