The location is very nice, you can look out over the Havel for breakfast if you want. The service is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is acceptable. Unfortunately, and it's a shame, the rooms are getting old. The location doesn't match the facilities. We also had food for the seminar, which was very good.

LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE!!!This hotel absolutely does not deserve its supposed 4 stars.The entrance area still makes a good impression. The greeting, however, is not: "Hello. What's going on?" An absolutely arrogant lady who tried to play us for fools.The first room (306) in the historic part of the hotel was in terrible condition. The brightly colored carpet (because it was a kind of hotel in the 90s) was covered in stains. Historically is all well and good, but a carpet that tells stories is disgusting. We threw away our socks the next day.The second room (326) was in the "new building" of the hotel. Other than being laid in this laminate, it wasn't much different than the first one. There wasn't even a closet. The space would be there for that. Stainless steel sink in the bathroom, a germy shower CURTAIN that sticks to your ass and dirty towels. You couldn't open the windows because there were various crawling animals in there. Extremely difficult with phobia. The stains on the walls around the windows were not ours.No cleaning in between. Only when you leave is it (maybe?) cleaned.I feel very sorry for the extremely friendly lady who gave us the second room the next morning because she and her colleagues have to listen to this every day and nothing happens from above.The entrance to the hotel is difficult to see in the dark because there is no lighting.Breakfast was still ok. But three types of cold cuts don't cut it.If it hadn't been a bridge weekend we would have looked for something else.

Run down and really dirty, it hasn't been renovated, let alone cleaned, in years. The carpet in the deluxe room is difficult to walk on even with street shoes, there are huge stains. The bathroom with shower curtain was totally brown. The room smells of feces and you can only sleep with the window open. The staff is rude and disinterested. Next time I'll go to the youth hostel, it can't be worse there, but it's cheaper

Location is great and very quiet, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired... very spartan, no wardrobe and bathroom like in a youth hostel... when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet because it's just a curtain and doesn't go all the way to the floor ....in the photo you only see the new building and the old building is hidden....we were lucky because our room was clean and was cleaned the next day....breakfast was also ok, there was a bit of everything. ...

Good location with very good connections to public transport and a beautiful view of the banks of the Havel. Breakfast quality and selection okay.The room's furnishings are limited to what is necessary. The room was booked for 4 adults. Unfortunately there was only one real double bed and two folding beds, one of which was only about 1.80 m long. Not okay for the price.

1. No signs outside. Hotel has 2 different names. You book a hotel, you drive there, but once you arrive you will discover that the hotel has a different name. Very confusing. 2. Having your booking confirmed doesn't mean you get a room. I had 3 rooms booked and paid. But the girl at the reception said they don't have rooms for us, and she asked if we can stay in a different hotel. I said, ok no problem, we can go to the different hotel, just give me my money back. She said, it's not possible. We spent around 50 minutes just in front of the reception till she managed to get us a room. 3. Floor in the room was dirty, looked like a blood, but probably it was a wine or something. Only the great thing is a restaurant that is nearby (in the courtyard), but I believe restaurant is not related to the hotel

Hotel in a beautiful location.The hotel room is clean, but everything is a bit old. The bathroom somewhat resembles a train station toilet.The breakfast is rich and delicious. The blonde lady who fills the buffet is unfriendly and dissatisfied.

The location is nice and unfortunately that's where my positive impressions end. Almost old fashion, just without the fashion.The room is reminiscent of a hospital room from the 90s. Pretty old. Scuffs everywhere, old drill holes, stains on the carpet, a stainless steel sink and a dirty shower with red mold in the tile joints complete the experience. Well for a room price of €164 without breakfast it was at least pretty expensive.

We would like to thank the staff very much. We only booked a room for one night to pick up our daughter from the hospital. There were health complications and we were worried and had to stay. With the help of the staff, we were able to continue booking the room until our daughter was discharged. So we had one less thing to worry about. The view of the Havel was very relaxing while sitting on the armchair in front of it with the window open. I also had good internet reception. Our car was permanently in the secured parking lot because we could reach everything on foot and therefore didn't pay any additional parking fees. All the staff were very helpful and friendly to us.

Rooms ok, but sometimes a bit dirty. Breakfast good.Unfortunately you had to wait quite a long time for a person at the reception.The direct hotel complex was nice, but the rest of the location leaves something to be desired.

The location of the hotel is very nice, just a few meters from the Havel. There is also no traffic noise to be heard. It was loud at night because there is a beach bar. Had to sleep with the window open because the air conditioning was broken and it was very warm at night. All sights were easily accessible.The room was very shabby. The furniture was chipped, the seats of the chairs were stained, the armchair was worn out, the mattress was worn out, bed bugs bit us. That's not an exaggeration. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned, and neither was everything else. The breakfast you could eat it.

The reception was condescendingly arrogant.The room was shabby but the beds were of good quality.The location was great right on the water. The bar at the beach bar (self-service) was totally filthy, but the crew was super friendly.The breakfast and the lower area of the hotel was fine.
