We spent a total of 4 nights in this highly recommended hotel and were very satisfied. Although the hotel is not centrally located, the connection to public transport is good. You can reach the city center in just under 30 minutes by bus and subway. The breakfast is really amazing in terms of selection. In addition, especially in the breakfast area, the service staff cannot be surpassed in terms of hard work and friendliness. Once again, I would like to thank you very much for this. We will definitely come back next time we visit Berlin!

Amazing service through and through, room was exceptionally set up and It's the first time I've actually wanted to STAY inside of a hotel. The thing that took the cake for me was the hospitality side of things, Nancy and Thora were absolutely amazing and made me as a foreigner feel so welcomed but also helped me with absolutely everything, seriously excellent service from those two. Booking again for the coming year!

The public transport system in Berlin is good, but the connection to the hotel is not that good, as the subway is about 20 minutes away on foot. It takes just under an hour to get to the center.The rooms are tidy and clean and you can connect the TV via HDMI. Every morning there is a free bottle of water in the roomBoth beds were badly worn out. There is only dim light in the room and bathroom, which makes it difficult to dress and freshen up in the evening.The breakfast has a good selection, but the quality of the rolls is poor.The rooms facing the street are very loud, even with the windows closed.I spent 10 days in the hotel and think that an average of 130 euros per night is extremely overpriced.

A very nice place, with clean and modern rooms, and a bathtub. Tasty breakfast. A very friendly gentleman at the reception. The only thing that spoiled the experience was a very unfriendly lady receptionist. I couldn’t open my room to collect my things and check out, and the lady responded aggressively, saying she didn’t have time for it. It seems she doesn't enjoy her job.

Very nice hotel! Super friendly staff. Great ambience, the integrated film theme is clever and entertaining. Very very good breakfast 🥞The only tiny drawback: the carpets in the rooms are a bit “worn”.

Very nice clean hotel with nice reception staff. Uncomplicated quick check-in and check-out. I found the free bottle of water in the room very positive and the fact that the windows could be opened, which unfortunately is no longer possible in every modern hotel.

The receptionist B. Bartholomé was rude and unhelpful during check in. There was a problem with the corporate credit card and the reservation that the company travel agency made was cancelled. The travel agency notified me in the morning and said a new booking was made and gave me a new reference number. When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist at 9pm, just said that my booking was cancelled and didn't make an effort to find the new reference number. He kept talking as if it was my fault. He made a new reservation and even asked me very nasty for my payment method as if I didnt have one because initially the credit card was denied.Until he saw that I had the physical credit card with me and the name of my company, he started being a bit nicer. It made me feel really disappointed. It was the first time that I use this hotel during a business trip to Berlín and probably the last one after this look-down on me experience. There could be many reasons why a credit card is rejected but none of them is good to make people feel bad about it.

Great hotel. The staff were consistently friendly.It was quieter than expected.Finding a parking space was associated with luck.There are several elevators, which makes changing levels relaxing.The room with a separate bathroom (somewhat in need of renovation) was clean and spacious, with everything we needed.There was even a bottle of mineral water for refreshment and a fridge.The bed was very comfortable, slightly too hard, but very pleasant to sleep on.Unfortunately, the capsule machine in the room didn't work. But the breakfast buffet (until 10:00 a.m. on a Friday) was excellent and plentiful!!! With super friendly and humorous staff (at this point, thank you again for the double compliment that I am "beautiful" - and we don't let Nutella tell us otherwise 😀 - we keep our fingers crossed that you quickly find a STRONG and FRIENDLY person to support you find a new colleague 😀!)The check-out time at 12:00 p.m. is super pleasant and perfect for a relaxed stay in this city!We'd love to come back!

The hotel is located in the south of Berlin. Sure, it's on a big street, but overall I found it very quiet. The room was a nice size and well equipped, offering more than enough power outlets, a large closet, plenty of counter space and its own refrigerator. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom. The cleaning of the room could be controlled via the service tablet, thus saving resources. Personally I liked the bed, it was nice and firm and clean. The air conditioning was fully functional, contrary to many other reviews here. The visitors were probably not able to operate the system via the control panel. Admittedly, it took me a little time, but the control panel was self-explanatory. The only disturbing thing was that the air conditioning dripped and continued to drip for some time and so the floor became wet.The staff is very friendly and communicative. It was very pleasant in the restaurant in the morning. The buffet is plentiful and delicious. When we sat there under the air conditioning, it was turned down on request. All in all, the hotel is a very good option for staying overnight in Berlin.The hotel is also conveniently located, bus stop right in front of the door, subway just a few minutes' walk away or accessible by bus, shops and restaurants in the area, as well as green spaces. The international audience in the hotel was also nice.
