Very attractive, extraordinary, well-organized hotel with an uncomplicated 24/7 check-in service. Everything you could need has been thought of: WiFi, Netflix, possibility to make tea or coffee, fridge, lots of information about the hotel, town and region. The hotel and rooms are really beautifully designed. If you wish, you can get a very good breakfast, and everything has been thought of here too. We were passing through and were very positively surprised by what we found and would go to the hotel again at any time. There were also several restaurants in the town, which apparently has pretty medieval structures, where you could have something delicious to eat in the evening.

Our experiences at the Hotel Landlust from September 29th. until October 1st, 2023. If you want to spend a lot of money for little performance, you've come to the right place! The managing director, Ms. Lepke, is looking for maximum profit, the service idea is in the background.The hotel is located on the B96 near Gransee. If you arrive during the dark season, take a flashlight with you. The hotel is in absolute darkness and only “shines” when you get within 5m of the entrance.The first superficially good impression of the rooms does not hold up to a closer look. Cobwebs behind the bed, spiders in the corner of the room, dirty floor in the bathroom, mold corners in the bathroom. After showering, there is always water in the shower tray that doesn't drain away --> a highlight for athlete's foot. But no problem, there is hardly any warm water for showering anyway. I wanted to take a warm shower after breakfast at 10 a.m., no chance. No chance to activate the heating even for people who are a bit cold. The rooms were cold and clammy.There is no need to evaluate the service. There is no. There is neither a reception nor what you could call room service. We were there for two nights, after the first night the "service" was limited to the lax folding of the blankets. Neither the bathroom nor the toilet was cleaned and the coffee cups used the day before were still just as dirty on the window sill when we returned. The used coffee pods were also not replaced with new pods.The only “catering” option is breakfast. You don't get dinner in the hotel. There is a kebab shop nearby. The breakfast is ok, although regional products are completely missing. Everything was picked carelessly from the supermarket. You have to “operate” the sausage and cheese platter with your fingers because there are no serving forks. The health department would really enjoy it.Conclusion: Don't stop! Continue on and look for a hotel where the guest is still valued!Update for November 16th, 2023 ..... my wife had to buy a remedy for athlete's foot at the pharmacy today....incubation period for athlete's foot = 14 days... so much for hygiene at the Hotel Landlust!

You feel very well received in the hotel. The hotel is moving with the times. No problems with the check-in, luckily no more long waits at the reception as there is none on site. Ms. Lepke can be reached by phone at any time, she is friendly and was able to quickly release the rooms using code numbers. The hotel also runs without a lot of staff. Rooms are clean 👍🏻, the breakfast is great.👍🏻 The 5 days with my family were very relaxing. We always like to come back and wish the small team on site all the best and keep it up.

Accommodated easily with 7 adults. Great transaction. Price/performance completely okay.

It was an absolutely lovely stay.There is nothing missing here. I mean it's always a matter of taste but for me everything was perfect.
