I'm in Berlin on business and was looking for a hotel near my work and found this.Unfortunately I can't say many good words.Staff were very sparse in their words, none of them arrived well, etc. I have to write a special email for a company invoice.Room was cold upon arrival the heating was turned off. Otherwise the room is ok. Bed normal 140cm but with mattress with metal springs that you can feel through. Let's see how I sleep.Small bathroom light can only be switched on from outside next to the room door. The main light can only be switched on from the room entrance, no switches next to the bed.Shower ok. Shower curtain in a hotel is disgusting. Mold on the shower walls. The shower was broken and it immediately made me and everything else wet. Tiled floor ice cold only a small electric radiator available. No towel available to use in the shower. The assembly or position of the toilet paper holder is beyond good and evil. See photos. I won't come here anymore.

I wanted to book a room via Booking. Parking is 15€ extra per night, my dog is supposed to cost another 10€/night extra, even though according to the booking this is included in the price I pay there. Simply a cheeky rip-off!

An ordinary standard hotel. The only plus is that it is next to the metro stop.

The location is in the middle of Wedding and is therefore simply great, especially for young people. However, the rooms labeled as barrier-free are not actually barrier-free. Yes, there are handles in the shower and next to the toilet, but everything is far too narrow and too low. For me as my husband's carer and for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, this was almost impossible. There is no air conditioning or fan, our room was incredibly hot and it was almost unbearable. The cleanliness wasn't 100% either. But what has to be taken into account is that when we informed us that we hadn't received any new towels, new ones were brought straight away. All in all, I wouldn't come here again.

Worst experience I've had at any hotel. And I've stayed at unpretentious and small ones before. This "three-star" hotel is the sad winner. The service is non existent. The facilities do not feel safe. No light outside, no light inside unless you start moving and walk into lobby. No staff at front desk except between 9-10 am- two hours a day at most. Staff have zero interest to respond to questions or requests. When you text them back in whatsapp - using number they text you from when they send check-in directions- they will not respond back. They told me they expect me to use my US phone to call their German number, which requires international calling- for them to be reached. They said thisnis normal and fought me on the fact that, in my years of travel, I was never in a position to use international calling FROM THE HOTEL TO THE HOTEL I WAS STAYING IN!!! When the elevator broke there was no notification of any kind. The stairs ended up being from outside, entrance from a separate building- see on photos. But you would not know that, because the stairs door and hitel door are separated by doors to some reataurant etc. When I got to hotel at 12.40 am- there was noone in lobby, elevator shut off, and every door locked except the entrance door. I texted and called the hotel and booking.com and an hour later I was still locked out of the hotel, practically. At 2:15 am I finally walked into the night darkness, spoke to an unknown guy on the street, asked him to call booking in German- which brougjt no result, and asked him to call hotel from his number. Then a woman picked up and told him to go to the unlighted back building to use the stairs. The hotel was non-apologetic in the morning. Breakfast has barely any people. Today's breakfast staff tried to cut short but putting up chairs and taking off food at 9:40- it was 20 minutes before breakfast was officially over (at 10). And there are more things to say.... For price of 109 euro per night this is a wrong place to stay on so many levels...

UNSAFE! Had things stolen from room. Key was used to enter. No damage to door. No one on site. Called to report and was told by hotel to prove it! Concerned about safety and checked out early no compensation for being forced to leave because of safety concerns. 3 star hotel my ass.

The 3 stars must be purchased. With a lot of effort, the hotel perhaps deserves 1 star.Reception is sometimes occupied, sometimes not. In 3 days I only had someone there once and they were still watching videos on their cell phone. According to the website, reception should be occupied 7-20. Nobody arrived on Monday 17th. Tuesday afternoon someone there. Nobody there again on Wednesday.Room: bathroom dirty, urine residue from the previous person. The hairdryer sticks and is dirty. You can clean it or replace it.I have two single beds and thanks to the smooth floor, the beds always slide apart and that's very annoying.I tried breakfast once and left it. The selection is very limited, you only have what you need. There is nothing for vegans. The location is good. But there are no parking spaces here at all. I had to park 10 minutes away. There is a construction site next to the hotel which does not allow entry into the street. Conclusion: if you don't have high expectations the hotel is okay. But you expect more when you stay here in a 3 star hotel.
