This beautiful guesthouse is located on the edge of the old town of Havelberg. Here you will find stylishly furnished, tip-top clean rooms. Coordinated furniture, comfortable beds, chandeliers, minibar, a large television, many charging options for smartphones and notebooks, etc. and much more. The hostess is extremely friendly and easy to reach. If you arrive by public transport, get off at the Uferstraße bus stop. From there it's just a few steps back. Highly recommended. I'd love to come back there.

We take a short vacation in Havelberg every year. We have loved it so much since the first time and the breakfast and service were simply great. Rooms are very nicely maintained and furnished. Always happy to go there... and Havelberg is a great city :)

We booked the room at short notice. Everything worked very easily. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and had everything you needed. There was a wide selection for breakfast with something for everyone. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again at any time.

Contact was not via the booking platform, but directly via SMS. Got confirmation very quickly for a spontaneous overnight stay for me and my son. Our bikes were safely stored in the locked bike safe (with the option to charge e-bikes). The rooms are exceptionally high (4m) and lovingly designed. The bathroom is great, and the service includes fluffy bathrobes and even slippers - which the tired cyclist who carries me little luggage really appreciates! The breakfast is really amazing - we didn't see anything like it on our tour including Hamburg. Conclusion: two thumbs up.

Everything was super easy. Booked an overnight stay very spontaneously. Confirmation by email and information came via WhatsApp. Lovingly furnished room number 12, everything clean, small kitchen and bathroom attached. Breakfast great, everything you need. Will definitely come again.

Rooms and service great! Uncomplicated, short-term booking by telephone. Absolutely suitable for bicycles.Location directly on the Havel Bridge. Unfortunately also on the road (tolerable traffic). In the middle of the great old town of Havelberg.Breakfast very rich.Gladly again

The service didn't even deserve one star. We wanted to FRIENDLY clarify a misunderstanding because she booked us two single beds instead of a double bed, then the owner became completely hysterical and snatched the key out of our hands with the words "I don't have time for that". We were completely perplexed. Apparently she wanted to demonstrate her power to us. I can't explain her behavior any other way.And I found the XXL family pictures on the walls very tasteless. The rooms seemed fine, clean.

The hotel is located directly on the bike path. The bikes can be safely locked in 2 storage rooms. Our room was very lovingly furnished. With an outside temperature of 32 degrees, we were pleasantly cool thanks to the adjustable fan with lighting. There was nothing missing in the room! Hygiene items, an umbrella, even sunscreen were available. A large flat screen hung above the new bed; the programs could still be sorted. We were thrilled with the lovely furnishings! The breakfast left nothing to be desired.

Wow. Those are rooms. Super individual furnishings, extremely good beds (there are definitely differences when you change accommodation every night) and all 8 people were super satisfied. From the single room with a separate bathroom in the hallway to the holiday apartment, everything was there and every room was beautiful in its own way. The rooms facing the street have to endure the rush hour in the morning, but there are earplugs on every pillow. So what.The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Thank you for everything.

The guesthouse doesn't look like it from the outside, but the rooms are very clean and very well equipped.We had a quiet room at the back on the parking lot side.The breakfast buffet is very sufficient and has a large selection.

We were there from May 17th. until May 20, 2024 on the occasion of a birthday in Havelberg. We booked a double room for the two of us at the Pension Zur alten Post. We got a holiday apartment. We were amazed at first. The apartment is modern and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and well maintained. We didn't lack anything. We were also very impressed with the breakfast. Here you could get everything from breakfast eggs to tea. Our heartfelt thanks go to the owner of the Zur alten Post guesthouse, Ms. Doreen Czampiel, and her hard-working employees. When the Berliner says. "There's nothing to complain about".... That was great cinema. From checking in to the really nice rooms, to the best hotel bed ever to the perfect breakfast egg. All expert level. Thanks for the nice time. I'd love to come back.

Beautiful idyllic place, also accessible by ferry. Located directly on the Havel. The apartment in the guesthouse was very tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful details and beautifully decorated. The people are very nice, the breakfast is good. We felt comfortable

We came out of the freezing cold into a comfortably preheated room.Everything is very lovingly furnished, from the bedtime snack to the bathrobe to the deodorant in the bathroom! Also tip top clean!!! A really great price-performance ratio! A guesthouse that is better than many 4-star hotels. Thank you very much for the great stay!

Very uncomplicated booking/check-in, thanks to key boxes and WhatsApp.Rooms are modern, clean and tidy. Thanks to small touches such as bathrobes, cosmetic products or gummy bears on the bed, you immediately feel welcome. The breakfast was also okay for 10 euros.
