Were only there for one night. Also ok at this price. The room was ok and clean, but the bathroom was very small and there were bad smells from the drains. For breakfast: most of it comes from the supermarket (probably around the corner), but the scrambled eggs are freshly made.The parking space in the underground car park and the proximity to Potsdamer Platz are positive.

In my opinion the hotel doesn't deserve a star at all. Is this supposed to be a 3 star hotel? Everything was dirty, the employees were unfriendly. The maid didn't make the beds fresh, laid the old towels out as if they were fresh, and didn't wipe. The corners were all dirty, there were cobwebs on the walls, toilets weren't cleaned either, as we left them, that's how we found them. The breakfast, the Oberhammer O-Juice from Lidl, a few types of sausage, and a chocolate croissant also from Lidl. Paid 1000 euros for 4 nights and had breakfast like in a canteen. Then I would have preferred to book a motel, even that would be 1000 times better.The hotel only has one good thing: PARKING. AND ONLY THAT!I will not recommend this hotel.

Hotel very old and unmodern, room and bathroom very small, but sufficient for overnight stay. Breakfast - okay for us. Staff very nice and helpful. Good connection to bus and subway. Fine for 1-2 nights. But you shouldn't expect anything special. We arrived quite late on the first day, walked all day on the 2nd day and left after breakfast on the 3rd day. It was fine for that and the price was great!

The room wasn't too bad but my window leads to a public access balcony and the maids kept leaving the window open when they would come in and clean whilst I was out which i didnt want them to do. Massive personal security issue there. The walls are paper thin so noisy neighbors will keep you up and wake you up.There's lots of people doing drugs right next door who gather in large groups which can be intimidating, the hotel is on the edge of a rough area.Other than this, it's a decent place to stay as long as you can get over all that.

Stayed at this hotel this weekend. Room was fine and clean. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. The staff at the reception were always available and very friendly and were able to help us with any questions we had. The hotel is very conveniently located. The breakfast was also good. Will be very happy to come back

Highly recommended!The hotel is very clean and modernly furnished and equipped.The location to the center (immediate proximity to Potsdamer Platz and Kurfürstendamm) is fantastic!Everything is within walking distance or can be reached with 2-3 bus/train stations.The breakfast is also completely sufficient.A family-run hotel that fully caters to its guests.Gladly again!

Not a nice hotel. The rooms are tiny and noisy, and the bathroom smells bad and is dirty. The shampoo in the dispenser has already become moldy.However, the employees at the reception are very friendly.

Overall it was ok. Room was very small and cleanliness as in the other reviews was the same.I wouldn't come again, at least as a couple.But since you paid relatively little, that was okay.

So we haven't seen anything like that yet. The pictures have nothing in common with reality. It's dirty, the bathroom is moldy and the bed linen is stained. There is a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom all the time. From the reviews I see that this problem has existed for a long time, but the operator is doing nothing about it. Camping would have been more hygienic in this case.

So the employees are very nice. But that's about it for the positive things about this "hotel". Actually, it was more of an old building apartment that had been rocked down and in need of renovation. It was so loud that you had to keep the windows closed. Also because they were afraid that someone would climb through the window. Breakfast is an absolute joke! There is a plug hanging right above the sausage and fruit platter that distributes gas against vermin. So nice about the food too. See photos. Otherwise the room was also dirty. You had hair everywhere that didn't belong to you. As well as sticky on and off switches on the lights. Lace wallpaper etc. The socket simply hung in cables from the wall in the foot area. I was glad my child didn't discover this. Extremely dangerous. There are cables hanging out of the wall everywhere. The fridge is dirty inside and out. Look at the pictures! We won't come again! You can't call this centrally located either. The parking situation is also a disaster. There is no one who belongs to the flophouse. You are told you can rent a garage that costs €20 a night, but only small cars can fit in it. So we parked in the underground garage at the nursing home around the corner. It only costs €15.We are happy to be able to go home again.

Good connection to public transport, staff very nice.But: lack of cleanliness, bathroom was totally calcified and dirty, sink by the tap dirty, shower head yellow, shower fitting loose, drain stank, there was dust everywhere in the room, mattress saggingI can't comment on breakfast, we had breakfast outside.Conclusion: once and never again.Price absolutely unjustified

The staff is very friendly and the location is good. What I didn't like at all was the cleanliness. Rooms were dirty, the bathroom was also very dusty and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. The room was not cleaned thoroughly during the stay. Just made beds and emptied trash. Unfortunately no more.Breakfast was okay but that was it. If you're traveling by car, you should clarify in advance, there are probably only 6 underground parking spaces, which are damn tight. Can only be driven in a normal car.

I expected a little more cleanliness for the price, we did get daily amenities refreshed and restocked but we found a lot of spiders and spider webs in the room. On top of that the handsoap and shampoo are the exact same and we also couldn't tell which one is which. The long creaky corridor and thin walls also made all the sounds from the rooms easily hearable. Beds were okay.
