Per:-With the exception of one employee (who was annoyed and had no solution to my problem with the air conditioning), everyone was very nice and helpful-The location is great. Very good transport connections, Edeka across the street and I always felt safe as a woman at night-The decor of the hotel is very nice and stylish-good dark electric curtains-Bed was very comfortableCons:-Fridge and hairdryer broken (but got a new one straight away)-Air conditioning broken (it was always 27 degrees in the room, it's October), complained but was annoyed and was told that it was winter.-no soap, shower gel dispenser broken, free shampoo had already been used or opened (traces of the shampoo stuck to the table)-The blind between the bathroom and the sleeping area was broken. This could have been opened electrically with a switch. That's why it was always very dark in the bathroom even though the light was on.-Television reception only with interference (another guest also complained about it. I think cable problems)Conclusion: for 110 euros a day the price is far too high

When I arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper in the room. This upset me because I entered the room late at night after a very long journey and could neither shower nor use the toilet. At the same time, it was quite dirty (especially the bathroom).Stains on the mattress and furniture, dirty floor in the bathroom and shower... And the whole room has a strange unpleasant smell of dampness.I received the towels and toilet paper the second day after I registered everything at the reception. The kind gentleman at the reception also sent the cleaners to clean the room and said that the cleaners don't normally clean every day, but that they should be called, but apart from straightening the sheets, the room wasn't any cleaner after cleaning, so I didn't even call them again. One night, the air conditioner hummed so loudly as if someone had turned on the generator. I'm really not a demanding person and luckily I stayed alone and not with my wife because she would have gone crazy because of the hygienic conditions.In general, the location of the hotel is OK, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is decent, but I would not recommend the rooms to anyone.

It was refilled upon request and there were also two grubby, gray bath towels.Room cleaning is generally only possible upon prior notice. That's ok, it doesn't have to be every day. But if you book the cleaning after two days, changing the towels, which you also need as a shower mat, refilling the coffee capsules, replacing the mini-mini soap would be a good idea and not asking too much. The request for two fresh towels was also forgotten. Conclusion: Fundamentally unclean and obviously poorly run. Could be a nice hotel, but...

This hotel is not clean. They didnt clean my room. When i checked in there were no towels they bring some but they were not wasched! They stink!Its so bad for this hotel because it could be such a perfect little boutiqe hotel if they clean and change some things.I was shoked when i see the matress i cant wait to check out tomorrow and go home!Never ever again!For this price its horrible!

This hotel has horrible service doesn’t deserve even 0 start. The team is very unprofessional. The room AC was too high, the breakfast is below the average. Also we contacted them to share the tax invoice but they don’t respond to the emails!!!!!!? That’s so frustrating

The room was reserved for two people, when we arrived there were in total 3 towels, from them one for hands and one for legs. There were no bathrobe, no slippers, no towel for the second person. They forced us to sing a paper that if we break something, we must pay high fees, i have never singed such papers before. The room included many broken things, e.g., table, window and the door. We asked to clean the room and when coming back, there were now only 2 towels (one from them was for hands), the rubbish was left in the room, the coffee and caps were not renewed, the bed sheets were not changed. The breakfast for which you should pay extra was absolutely terrible, everything was cold, eggs, sausages and pastries were even frozen inside. This hotel claims 4 stars but it definitely doesn't deserve even 2. Very bad!

Considering the price-performance situation, it is absolutely great. Personally, I find the rooms very stylish and have a more pleasant feeling of space than in most other hotels. The bathroom may be getting old. Supposedly it is still absolutely beautiful and very spacious. My experience was top, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was absolutely sufficient. I like being there.

We were there for just one day on business. Room 1025 in the garden the rooms are very spacious. Everything looks great at first glance, but when you look closer 🤮. There was an extreme smell of mold in the room, the toilet wasn't cleaned and you could see that straight away. In general everything was dusty and not clean.I can advise against the breakfast for €17 per person. You can have a better breakfast in every train station.6 slices of cheese, 6 slices of salami and a handful of rolls as a buffet 😂We paid €332 for one night for 3 adults and 2 small children. The total price includes €20 for the car parking space and €17 per adult for breakfast.All in all, never again.

The hotel makes a good impression at first glance. However, if you look closer, you can see that the hotel is getting old. The hotel and the hallways are very dark. Unfortunately, the staff only speaks broken German.Our room was small and manageable. That wouldn't have bothered me. Unfortunately, the room was right on the main street, which was of course annoying due to the noise from cars. We only got bath towels after asking. Our refrigerator was broken and had to be replaced. Unfortunately there was no wardrobe, but there was a huge mirror on the wall, which in my opinion would have been better used as wardrobe space. So we were forced to put all our clothes on the stained cushion in front of the bed. The duvet was too heavy for my taste and huge. The sink was yellowed. It was also dusty at times. Lots of unnecessary bells and whistles like an electric curtain or a slatted blind in the bathroom that didn't work properly.

It has been a wonderful hotel with perfect family rooms. Large and spacious. However, a bit of a shame that the fridge did not cool completely as it should and that there is no lock on the door to the toilet.Nice area and child-friendly. Exit to a beautiful little garden where children could play without risk of traffic.Nicely close to the city without being too noisy :)Definitely a place we will book again, as nothing was missing for our children.

Sadly our stay here was not very positive.We’d traveled for 8 hours by car and we were all exhausted. We looked forward to get freshened up and go out to eat.We’d booked 2 rooms, a suite for 4 people (which 3 of us were supposed to stay in), and a double room superior for 2 people. The double room was missing a towel (which wasn’t a big deal, we thought it was just a miss), and the suites’ shower was clogged so the bathroom flooded 2 minutes after turning the shower on..The suite had one double bed and a large normal couch that fit 2 people, not an another bed - it also wasn’t made and we had to ask for bedding to make it ourselves. Service was slow and the manager didn’t come for a while so we went out to eat since it was getting late. We came back later and they gave us 2 new rooms which was nice. However.. it smelled like sewer in the corridor and the new rooms we got. We slept in poop stank and I just hope the smell didn’t stick to us. There were missing towels in both new rooms as well, and I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m not much for sharing towels.I also picked up the shampoo when showering and thought it looked a bit old, so I turned it - only to find out it had expired in 2019. That’s 5 YEARS ago, and it was OPENED.As if that wasn’t enough, the razor you got in the kit was also opened and had been used (yep, absolutely disgusting).We received no more than an apology and that it wasn’t supposed to be like that, but based on the reviews on here, there are a lot of people whose experience has been the same as ours with Quentin Boutique.It’s sad because this hotel really has potential, it has beautiful interior. Unfortunately it’s just managed poorly.

Clean rooms, but very dim, friendly staff, good breakfast, bus right in front of the door, good area, Edeka around the corner.In the family room there was a staircase and another step, which is not so nice for people with walking difficulties. Small children may find pictures on the wall disturbing because the faces look so serious.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. The hotel management did not respond to any of my requests to refund the incorrectly charged 30 euros for the late check-out. The room was also in poor condition. The electric curtains couldn't be closed and the privacy screen on the glass wall in the bathroom was also broken, meaning you had a direct view of the toilet from the bed. Such defects and poor customer service are unacceptable. Overall disappointing and not recommended.
