Hello, I was there for the trade fair on April 24th, the rooms had a strong smell and very high humidity, so I left a day earlier! It was unbearable! I booked through OPODO and this club only gets 0 stars because they collect the money but don't help with problems. In the hotel I was offered another room after a long discussion, I looked at that too but the same smell - unacceptable! The email complaint dragged on for over 4 months and, despite confirmation that I had left earlier, they did not reimburse me for the overnight stay and the unused breakfast! Even if you went to the toilets in the basement, you immediately noticed the high humidity. I can only recommend everyone not to book here!!

There were 4 of us in this oneHotel, one room on the 5th floor and the other in the basement!The room in the basement was a disaster: windows broken, air conditioning broken, musty smell! Shower head defective!The room on the 5th floor: OK, after request we got two separate duvets and also new coffee capsules. Unfortunately the shower was a bit broken and there was only one hygiene bag in the room!We didn't book breakfast!Unfortunately the hotel is on a very busy street, so it is very noisy!

WARNING!!!HOTEL CANCELS BOOKINGS WITHOUT CONSULTING GUESTS.------------I provided my VISA card details when booking.In the booking confirmation from January 17th. It says "Payment on arrival".The booking was canceled by the hotel.The hotel cannot be reached by telephone.The hotel does not respond to emails.I feel let down.

Frankly, the story I am going to tell is very depressing, but it happened to me.The hotel Quentin Berlin has been closed for a long time but still accepting reservations, don't ask me how? This is what happened to me, I booked a small family suite for a family consisting of a couple and two young children and arrived in Berlin at night from Essen after driving for 7 hours to find that the hotel is closed and there is no one to talk to.I only found one email telling me the hotel owners that I have to go to their other hotel (Quentin XL Potsdamer Platz).Indeed, I went there to find a very bad hotel and they gave me only two options, to book two rooms, each room on a separate floor, or to cancel the reservation and sleep on the street with my family.I canceled the reservation, of course, and only booked one room at a high price with 145 Euro for one night, so that my wife and two children could sleep on one bed, without the hotel staff feeling bad.The next day I booked another hotel.I am not at all surprised why there is no domestic tourism in Germany.Service first 🤮

The hotel management is a disgrace!!!! The hotel has been closed for a long time and can still be booked?!!! The windows and doors were already so dirty and covered in cobwebs. When you ask how something like this would be possible, you are just brushed off. The notification that the room had been moved to another location came at 2:51 A.M.!! While our arrival was already at 10am. Such an absolute mess must be removed from all booking sites!

!ATTENTION FRAUD!According to local residents, this hotel has been closed for over a year and will not reopen!A few weeks ago I fell victim to this scam. The hotel is a construction site and abandoned; there hasn't been anyone there for ages.Please be careful, the hotel is still being sold on several booking portals!!!!! Wish I could give 0 points!

I would like to give zero stars, but that's not possible. We booked the hotel last week and have just arrived in Berlin. The hotel is closed, there is some damage. There was neither any information in advance nor an apology from the hotel. We just stood in front of the locked door with our luggage.

DISAPPOINTEDWe had booked a double room and had already paid through Booking.Shortly before arrival there was a cancellation from the hotel for no reason. Nobody answered the phone either. Really bad!!!!

Do not book at this hotel. Reservations can be made, but the hotel appears to have been closed for almost 1 year. You will be referred to another Quentin hotel on the other side of the city. Fortunately, we found this out in time. Simply outrageous!!!!
