Centrally located in Prenzl Berg, great value for money, barrier-free and very friendly staff! There could be more sockets in the room. There is a small edge to the bathroom. Always my pleasure!

We were the last guests in the hotel. Now a mother-child home is probably being made there. Great idea...

This was my second time here and I would come again despite the lack of cleanliness. The staff, especially Matthias, is very nice, easy-going, friendly, relaxed & you have the feeling of being at home with friends.Price/performance ratio is great & the breakfast and the central location make up for the cleanliness. Nevertheless, as a constructive criticism it should be noted that the quality of the stay could be significantly increased if improvements could be made.

The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Denise. The breakfast was good. I have to admit that the room could have been cleaner. Still a very affordable hotel.

Everything is fine, but the walls are made of cardboard and you can hear everything. Furthermore, the TV remote control doesn't work, which is why you had to climb onto a wobbly table to laboriously operate the TV's broken buttons. In addition, the room furnishings make no sense as there are four beds but only 3 closets. Splinters and sawdust were found in the cabinets in question. When you shower, the water runs all over the bathroom, which is why the heater in the shower rusts extremely. In addition, the ventilation system in the bathroom does not work, which is why it is extremely stuffy and dusty. The bed squeaks extremely when you move even a little. There is an unidentifiable piece of metal in the bed that almost hurt me. In addition, it doesn't make sense to me to have wheels under the legs of the beds, as they roll all over the room with every little movement. It was only after 4 days that I noticed something in my pillow, a small piece of bread with cheese that had been bitten. I never had a cheese sandwich in this hotel. This suggests to me that the hotel in front of me was not meticulously cleaned. I also wonder why some young people smoking on the fire escape right outside my room window can look directly into my room. At the breakfast buffet I found a black, curly hair on my slice of cheese. (I am blond). Furthermore, the room's fan, which was completely covered in dust, didn't work and when it was first switched on it blew out a thick cloud of dust in our room. This rotates automatically when in use, but the rotor blades somehow touch the protective grille, which is reminiscent of the noise of a bus stop. Directly on the first morning, I was unexpectedly woken up by the sun, despite the curtains being closed, as the curtains would, one would have thought, simply stop a good hand's breadth before they end with the window sill. On the evening of the third day I had the windows open to ventilate when I was hit in the head by something hard. As it turned out, teenagers from a room diagonally opposite bombarded my beautiful moon face with cola snails. As you can already guess, young people of this caliber are not exactly quiet at night. So it was just 11 p.m. when a wild monkey cry from the same room woke me from my shallow sleep. TheHotel WiFi is not recommended as even my electric network is faster.Definitely still worth a visit.

Very good hotel, with everything necessary for the stay, comfortable rooms, with a fan and the best thing was the very varied buffet style breakfast, the staff who served us were very willing and very attentive, the only uncomfortable thing is the bathroom, otherwise excellent hotel and it has a metro station very close
