A very cozy hotel with spacious rooms in a beautiful location, easily accessible from the train station with tram 91, beautiful shops nearby, a park at Potsdam's Brandenburg Gate and Sanssouci Palace within walking distance. In the house there is a passage to the restaurant, which not only offers an excellent, rich breakfast, but also steaks and more in the evenings at reasonable prices. That alone is worth a visit.A friend had booked for me, so I wasn't aware in advance that climbing stairs was required.The nice gentleman at the reception carried my suitcase up and down when I left. Thank you!Disabled people should know in advance that you have to get into the tub to shower, others will probably be happy about the opportunity to take a bath too.The offer of being able to prepare coffee, sugar, coffee creamer and tea in the room using the kettle provided, as well as 1 bottle of mineral water, 2 cups and 2 glasses is very attentive. Perfect!I'll definitely come back!

We were there for a family reunion. It would have been good to ask about the guest's mobility in advance when booking. We, 74 years old, had our room on the 3rd floor via a kind of fire escape. The breakfast buffet was relatively unpretentious. The parking lot is very inexpensive, but only for experienced drivers. Anyone who has informed themselves in advance has made a good choice here. Overall we were satisfied.

We stayed here from September 16th to 18th, 2024 for a class reunion. The rooms are functional and modernly equipped. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. The hotel does not have its own kitchen. That's why the good and rich breakfast was served in the restaurant right next door, but was billed through the hotel. Access to this is directly from the hotel.I would stay here again.

A nice little room, everything clean. Not exactly cheap. No parking space! Food quite expensive. Very lovely staff. Cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately we looked closely at the tables (the end was 11 p.m.). Lived on the first floor 🤪. Breakfast was also tasty and we had it outside as it was very warm (around 32 degrees during the day). You can do it.

Room A036 - First of all: It's a shame to have to write this but I haven't stayed in a worse hotel room in the last 15 years. And I have stayed in more than 500 hotels.Something so unloving, unattractive and impractical for €100 a night is bitter. Here are a few pictures. The curtains are similar to kitchen curtains from 1970. With no blackout whatsoever. At night the street lamp in the room is on. There can be no question of a table in the room. You need a second person to get out of the sofa. The cupboard is a joke and storage, see picture.There is none !The chair was completely defective upon arrival and was replaced 24 hours later. The mattresses resemble a wooden base... unbearable without a topper. The tables are much too small for a kettle. The walls were partly dirty and covered in cobwebs every day. The economy flush button is defective. The shower door is broken.The cheap Chinese television sounds tinny like a telephone.No safe in the room. WiFi very weak.No fridge.To do this you have to have breakfast in the steak restaurant next door. The coffee is a terrible disaster. The food is OK. The whole breakfast place is far too dark and you don't feel comfortable there at all.The only positive thing: the chair, shower door and mattress were repaired within 24 hours.Zero recommendation - sorry

Nice hotel in Potsdam's old town.Breakfast and service were great, everyone was very friendly 😊 the only drawback was that we had a room on the A38, which wouldn't be an advantage for people with physical disabilities because there were steep stairs to climb, but otherwise the room was great. We'd love to come back

Middle class hotel with small flaws. The bathroom is good and new. Since it was very warm under the roof and it was not possible to ventilate at night because of the noise, it would be nice if the blinds were repaired so that sunlight and heating up of the rooms could be prevented during the day. Remote control TV function not. Breakfast sufficient and ok. The staff is consistently friendly. The location was great. The local restaurant is good. Traveling without a car is recommended and possible.

The room was nice, but the shower head was calcified.Unfortunately there were no vegan alternatives available for breakfast. Oat milk in particular could be part of the basic equipment these days. This is also the case in many hotels in the city centers of other cities.The location is great!

clean rooms, if the curtains were still properly attached it would be almost perfect. The welcome upon arrival on May 3rd. 3 p.m. wasn't very friendly and the employee should think about her tone towards the guests. The employee was very friendly when we left on May 5th. 2024. The breakfast is good and sufficient.

I can't understand some of the reviews. Well, the room was clean but very carelessly and absolutely spartanly furnished.The lovelessness as well as the spartanness continued at breakfast. The cheese was halved so many times that it could only be used to cover 1/4 of the roll.The selection was neither varied nor diverse.Getting in and out of a parking space was like a charade; you constantly had to run after other vehicle owners in order to be able to get in or out of a parking space.However, there is also something positive, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were ok so far, there was just not enough light - there was no ceiling lamp. Service friendly but nothing more and nothing less. Location Well very expensive for parking or if you want something cheaper very far. Too far with a suitcase.Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special except the pineapple jam which was something different.
