Really nice apt in berlijn everything is digital so there is no staff present. The apt is clean fresh and spacious on the chausseestrasse so youre in the centre in no time

I called the customer service 6 times in 2 days! Very bad serviceMy room was not ready at checkin i had to call for bed setupMy sofabed is broken could not sleep for 2 nights asked for repairBut nothing is done! I called for cleaning paid the extra fee nothing is done! I call customer service for help the phone cuts off they dont even bother to call back!!DONT RECOMEND TO ANYONE

Pheeew I was surprised how expensive staying in Berlin is. € 540 for 2 nights over a weekend in May.The room was clean ( except the bathroom)Spacious and the kitchen was cute but had everything you need for a short stay.Can recommend

Booking via Airbnb, unfortunately I needed help from customer support twice, but this was always done promptly and smoothly via WhatsApp (identification and booking code needed help). Bed linen and towels are provided. Everything clean and modern.In summary, great accommodation, good connections, delicious food around, a café on the ground floor for breakfast.Perfect for the price paid (73 euros)!

The dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. There were short black hair all over our bedsheets and in the shower. Counters were stained and sticky, you could clearly see were each glass was placed before. There were balls of dust in the corners, curtains were broken off (we managed to easly fix it so cleaners were just lazy).We contacted the staff (after like an hour of trying to reach them) and they offered us another room twice, both turned out to be even dirtier. Both had dirty towels and same hair and counter issue.After reporting that, we were offered a refund and a promise that our room would be cleaned the next day. However nobody ever came for our entire stay. The inicial refund we recieved only covered 35% of the first night. We had to argue with the staff (they were very hard to reach and ignored our refund request for multiple days) for 2 weeks for the 35% refund to cover the rest of our stay.We were told that according to their information our room was cleaned after the first night and no additional refund will be given. Luckly we had videos to prove otherwise. Overall it was a terrible experience, made worse by awful support.

Unfortunately not recommended. The online check-in is a disaster and didn't work for me or any other group of guests. We stood at the door at a loss; the telephone service required us to send passport photos and fill out forms. I almost missed my business appointment. The room was worn out and in need of repair. Overall and considering the price, there are better alternatives in Berlin Mitte.

Nice modern apartment but no staff on the premises to address any issues. No luggage storing service, which is extremely inconvenient, and no effort by the support service to find a solution.

Completely exorbitant price coupled with non-existent service. In addition, the cleaning intervals were not adhered to. The apartment was only cleaned twice within four weeks. Our own options did not arise due to the lack of availability of virtually all common household items. Even an oven or microwave with a grill function was not available.Edit:The payment link for my renewal didn't work. Despite repeated requests, there was no response. In the evening I stood in front of a locked door and had to wait 40 minutes until I reached someone in service. In the end, a new reservation had to be created and the entire check-in procedure was repeated.I sat in front of the door for almost 1.5 hours.I then packed my things and went to new accommodation.There are definitely better options in Berlin!

No reception and confusing four codes to get into the room in the evening. The 10-digit code must be entered within a few seconds, provided you can clearly see the small keyboard in the dark. No telephone help possible.Rooms great and really good without room service, which wasn't necessary. Restaurants are nearby.90 percent of the approximately 700 TV channels were not active, which was a bit time-consuming since it takes 3 seconds to go from channel to channel.
