It was a simple room with the bare necessities. The mattresses had already done their job. The shower had its own quirks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and rich. The front desk staff was very nice. Please note that getting there by car is a bit difficult. But I think that the central location also has its pitfalls. Parking is only possible in the adjacent parking garage. The costs are moderate and slightly cheaper for hotel guests. Given the central location, you can easily do without the car.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Large, clean rooms and very good location. Unfortunately there weren't even two glasses in the room to have a drink. The fridge and freezer were both on, although there were no dishes in the kitchen at all, as I said, not even glasses. Unfortunately, the breakfast in the Viennese café didn't convince us

Nice little Bed&Breskfast in a great location. Right in front of the gate.The service is very friendly. The rooms are clean but dated. But I had a small apartment, even with a balcony facing the backyard.The B&B also includes a hotel and restaurant. Therefore the breakfast buffet was very varied. Unfortunately, like almost everywhere else, the mediocre baked rolls.All in all, happy again.

The hotel has of course been run down for a few years, but it is in the immediate vicinity of the Brandenburg Gate. The room was ok, nothing special, but quiet and sufficient with a decent bed. Breakfast is rich.

WARNING!!! CARD INFO STOLENAfter booking on the site provided by Google I never received a confirmation email and my card was instantly bombarded with over 50+ fraudulent charges. Partial blame on me for not vetting the website if this place even exists.After my stay I have had no further issues, I continued as it was non refundable. Location can't be beat and the rooms were very large. Beds are traditional East German so short twins pushed together and to me a single oddly sized lumpy pillow.

The bed & breakfast is located very centrally with walking distance to most everything. It is possible to get a parking card at the reception for parking in the pairing house under Luisenplatz.The room was nice and clean. There is an excellent breakfast buffet in the restaurant next door. Here they also have a cozy courtyard.

Nice rooms and central location. Unfortunately there is no parking space for vans and breakfast only at 8:00 a.m., therefore unfortunately rather unsuitable for fitters.

The Bed&Breakfast is located behind the hotel on Luisenplatz, breakfast is taken in the hotel restaurant. We had a double room on the first floor (there is no elevator - if you are not mobile you should choose another hotel!) which was quite spartan but modern and clean. Located on the side street, it was also quiet, but that can of course be different if you have the window open in the summer. There is no air conditioning. Breakfast is the first highlight of the day, from cold cuts, cheese, antipasti, fresh fruit, salmon to scrambled eggs, muesli, cakes and many other delicacies, there is something for everyone. The only thing I was personally missing was an alternative to cow's milk. Unfortunately you also have to pay extra for coffee specialties, so we decided not to do that - there was also filter coffee and a decent selection of teas. The staff is always very friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal. There is an underground car park (clearance height 2 meters) under Luisenplatz, which is expensive with a daily rate of €18, but the car is safely parked. A public transport stop is 2 minutes away and from there you can get to Berlin relatively quickly and very cheaply (reduced day ticket at reception for €6!). You can reach a lot within Potsdam on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. For us, the Bed&Breakfast at Luisenplatz was the ideal base from which to explore Potsdam. If I have to complain about something, it would be the lack of a kettle, safe, fridge/minibar in the room and the narrow beds, where the mattresses also slip easily. ;-)
