We were quite afraid because of the reviews we read and the truth is that it surprised us for the better. The room was quite good and they come every day to change sheets and put toilet paper. They are “pet-friendly”, although you have to pay a fee to stay with your pet and notify them that you are going with them.If I have to highlight something negative, it is that the door was very thin and you could hear whoever was entering and leaving at all times.

After initial skepticism, I was more than thrilled with the house. Extremely nice people and top cleanliness. The location also speaks for itself. I would love to visit the Spreewitz again.

Terrible hotel, full of ticks, the worst experience in a hotel, I will never return and I hope that no one ever leaves for their own good, I have had bad days and full of bites

Please don't go for it. The room size is too small and there are no amenities in the rooms. Toilets are also too small. I paid more than 105-euro per day and didn't expect this. The only good part is the location of the hotel.

Except for the tall female staff, everyone is very friendly. The hotel has an elevator and a good location, but the rooms were really uncomfortable as they were not equipped with anything. Just bedding. There isn't even a coffee pot.

3 stars for this must be a joke. READ THIS: I got BEDBUGS while staying there. Yes. Bedbugs. I wrote the hotel afterwards and told them - no response. Run down place with no comfort really. To be fair I did not try the breakfast. And some staff members were nice enough. Other than that: Really not worth the money.

I spent two nights in the hotel. A small hotel, but with an elevator, restaurant and parking lot. The rooms may be a bit poor for a longer stay, especially in summer (no air conditioning). There are shops in the area. There is a bus right next to it, and there is also a metro station. The walk to the Brandenburg Gate takes about 1.5 hours

I don't know where to begin with. I've never felt so unsafe in a hotel before... The rooms are old, the toilet stinks, the hair dryer was dangerous (try to turn it on, look inside, and find out), the walls are thin. When other guests enter a room, you'll think they're opening yours because they are extremely close. If they walk, talk, fart, snore, yawn, shower, think, you'll hear them and will wake up multiple times. Also the floor squeaks at every single step.The TV is small and too far to see anything.The rooms are separated from the main lobby which will make you feel unsafe, especially if during the night you hear somebody trying to open your door, even though they're not.I would have told them all of this if they had asked me, but they didn't even seem to care about how my stay was.

I will write in Russian, as it will be relevant for Russian speakers. This hotel is very suitable for our people in many respects: everyone in it, absolutely everyone, is Russian-speaking. Next to it is a cafe with dumplings and borscht at super low prices (6 euros each). The hotel is not of a very luxury level in the rooms, but the beds are comfortable, there is water, there is a TV, and the prices are very reasonable. Small type: prices may be lower than indicated on the booking, negotiate at the reception. Booking may not have numbers, but reception will offer options. There are apartments with a kitchen. On Kantstraße, not far from the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. There is a Korean restaurant with cooking on a personal fire.
