The room was exceptionally small. The cleanliness was at best okay and the room itself was in a partly desolate condition. This also applies to the bathroom.The hotel is very noisy. You can hear every word from the other rooms or the hallway, even telephone calls or the television.Can only be reached via a large staircase. The elevator is broken, so the suitcase has to be carried to the 2nd floor.Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't convince me either, it was just a baked roll.

Staff was very unfriendly, they couldn't speak English or German. Building was not renovated in years. The breakfast was bad and small. It was dirty all over. Do not recommend staying here. Please read the reviews before booking. I didn't.

The location is great. 5 minutes walk to the subway, restaurants and shops on the doorstep.The hotel is located on the second and third floors of an old building.My room faced the back yard and was therefore quiet, even though the building as a whole was noisy.The room was clean and very nicely decorated for my taste. Of course you can see signs of wear and tear and unfortunately carpets cannot be as clean as laminate flooring. The closet visually fit well into the room, but unfortunately it was not suitable for storing clothes because it was narrower than a clothes hanger.The breakfast was good. They obviously make an effort to provide variety (rolls, bread, toast, cheese, sausage, fresh cucumber and tomatoes, stuffed peppers, various sweet and salty spreads, eggs, yoghurt, muesli and other cereals).Conclusion: not luxury, but absolutely fair for the price in the middle of the capital.

If you're on a city trip and don't have high expectations, you're definitely in good hands here. The nearest subway just 5 minutes away. We had an older room with disgusting, large stains in the carpet, which was really not nice. The bed was comfortable and the sleep (with ear plugs) was restful. The bathroom was simple, shower with a curtain. Breakfast was completely sufficient to start the day. All the employees on site were really very friendly and tried hard.

Too pricey for the quality. Not very friendly personnel, and bad sound isolation, you can literally hear what people are talking next room.Also the wifi did not work, the bed was quite uncomfortable and the chair in the room was literally broken.At least everything was clean.

The hotel is easy to reach and is in a quieter area. However, there are some restaurants that are only a few minutes walk away.Check-in was easy and quick.I don't know if this is a regular room, so it's in a "centre hallway". was.On the first night, my neighbors left their dog in the room - which of course squeaks when it's alone in a strange environment. But they were kind enough to open the window for him - the windows faced the middle aisle. So a great prerequisite.In addition, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable…Second night: I got a new neighbor in this room. He then said he was talking loudly on the phone and listening to Capital Bra loudly at 1:30 a.m.On the weekend you don't really have anyone to talk to at night - just a sweet older gentleman who can only converse with Google Translate.And perhaps important for people who MUST need an elevator - if someone on the other floor doesn't close the door properly, the elevator won't go down. Just a little info.Check-out was also without any problems.

1. LocationThe location of the hotel is very central to the Ku'damm etc., you can't complain about that. There are various restaurants within walking distance.2. ParkingParking is a medium-sized disaster. All resident parking or parking permit 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Currently €2 per hour in hard money (no notes) or via app, which charges additional fees.3. The hotelThe hotel is on the 2nd floor of an approximately 115 year old apartment building. A hotel was made from 2 apartments. In my opinion, it was carried out sometime in the 90's and has now been carelessly kept alive - no more is done than absolutely necessary, everything seems shabby.The base would offer so much more.Beds: were good.Cleanliness: Carpet in the room did not invite you to go barefoot. Bedside table was a stool, is ok. But you can also move it to the side when cleaning, there's a lot of dust behind it. Towels freshly washed, but (1) some of the cheapest quality and (2) some stained. There was a kind of grubby feeling.4. BreakfastVery basic, that's ok. The breakfast lady is committed, for example homemade croissants filled with cheese and sausages, was very present and constantly refilling. She will probably have to conjure up something on a very small budget. ... which is evident in the rolls: no variety, just cheap wheat baked rolls. The next day no fruit, no scrambled eggs, just warmed frozen vegetables. I've never seen that before.5. WiFiWorks well, unfortunately you only have to log in completely every now and then. So don't throw away your pieces of paper with the logins and if you have multiple devices, mark which piece of paper belongs to which device.6. Why did I book the hotelThe photos are very well taken and show the hotel in a light or shine that it does not have.My expectation was a cool, old, lovely hotel.Conclusion: you can sleep there, that's okay if it costs a few thalers. But not for the €135 per night paid for 4 people in one room.It is not a hotel that I will book in the future.

So if you're expecting 1st class hotels, you've come to the wrong place!The hotel is functional and clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating!It is an old Berlin building with charm!1. Yes, it is partly noisy!2. Yes, the old floorboards and stairs creak!3. Yes, the breakfast buffet is manageable!Regarding 1: You can help yourself with earplugs!(You usually always have it in your toiletry bag when traveling!)Regarding 2: It is an old buildingRegarding 3: Everything that belongs to a breakfast buffet was there(Just not as opulent as in a large hotel!)I had a single room!The rooms are equipped with a bathroom (toilet/shower)!There are also soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink, a hairdryer and clean towels!The bed and mattress allowed me to have a restful sleep!The WiFi worked perfectly!I didn't expect anything more!Plus, the location is unbeatable for the price!I traveled with public transport, DB and BVG and got everywhere!I'll definitely come back when I'm in Berlin again!

We booked a single and a double room for one night. The pictures and the price of €295 without breakfast turned out to be a bad joke when we checked in. The lady at reception had absolutely no interest in her job. Ok, bad day happens. But the look of the rooms was really cheeky and has nothing to do with the ones available on the internet. The furniture was ripped off, the bathroom looked like something I had built myself, just built into the corner of the room, everything was completely noisy and unsightly. The single room was a storage room, nothing more and nothing less. At almost €300 it's an absolute joke and actually borders on cheeky!

I was a bit shocked when I saw that our room was directly off the stairwell, which made me feel rather unsafe. In the morning there would be loud conversations as we walked up and down.The room was cleaned daily. Parking is very expensive, there are free parking spaces just a few blocks away.There is an elevator.

Nothing is good besides the location, which is fairly close to the center and needs 20 min with the metro.The breakfast was mediocre at best and I’m being generous here, even for a three star you need to do better, more variety and simply more choice. The room service was awful, I walked in and I never felt like my room was cleaned. The internet barely functions, I had to often sit on my mobile data instead.The building is old and the walls are paper thin, so you will not have any private space whatsoever. All in all, seriously reconsider getting this, unless you like below average breakfast, awful room service and no constantly functioning internet.
