The best accommodation I have been to in Berlin, spacious rooms, very clean place, comfortable beds. The staff very concerned and attentive.Very good location, close to metro, markets, restaurants, in addition to being a very safe place for those of us who like to walk at night.I totally recommend it, we will return.

Really shocked at the beginning, there was still toothpaste residue in the sink, dust in the corners and under the bed.But after consultation everything was sorted out.The service is really great, everyone is so friendly and accommodating.Location is great, you can get everywhere relatively quickly, but it is a little louder at night. But it's due to the environment.In addition, the free breakfast that is offered is really nice

Wonderful location and very clean hotel! Never slept on such comfortable beds before :) I would only add ramps on the stairs because our luggage was quite heavy after all but other than that I loved how ideal this place was organised! Thanks so much!!

Nice hotel, we found it very comfortable. Centrally in Friedrichshain, perfect location for our purposes. 10 minutes to Warschauer Str. The staff is friendly, young and uncomplicated. Not upscale, but everything you need for three days in Berlin.

The hotel is centrally located in the Friedrichshain district - not far from the Frankfurter Tor and Warschauerstraße stops.Our larger-than-average room was on the fifth floor, which was easily accessible by elevator. The mattresses on the double bed (180 x 200) and the bunk bed were very comfortable and put us to sleep quickly and well after the action-packed days. The bathroom is very small (you can only turn around in it alone), but very clean. Unfortunately the television didn't have any programs. Even after giving notice and being assured that someone would take care of it,There is no breakfast buffet, but there is a free selection of Kellogs variations, cereals, fruit, pastries, coffee and water. This was completely sufficient to start the day well. You can eat on the terrace or inside in the lounge, where there is even a well-equipped play area for children.All in all, we can recommend the Hotel Comenius. We would come back at any time with or without children.

I have yet to start my stay, but due to the cancellation of the flight a few hours before departure, I asked for a refund for the first night of the three booked. At the moment we have been denied, without proposing solutions to help us for an inconvenience for which neither the hotel nor us is responsible. The attention to the customer, in case of misunderstandings, can be seen from these things and for this reason the judgment is negative and there was not the slightest effort to help us.

Lack of customer focus.We booked 3 nights in Berlin for 4 people through booking and only 4 hours before the flight we were informed that the easyjet flight had been cancelled, we immediately tried to reschedule but there were no flights so with 17 hours of flixbus and by buying the relevant tickets we are arriving the morning of the next day.In addition to the inconvenience we had and the money spent, we immediately told the hotel to cancel the first night but they replied no. This response doesn't seem to me to be a sign of customer care and a good welcome! Only on these occasions can we see how attentive and interested a structure is in its customers!It will be my concern to update the situation if there are any changes

Unfortunately I can't recommend it.Room:Rooms were very small. There were no toothbrush cups in the bathroom. But everything was clean.Breakfast:I booked with breakfast. But there was only cornflakes and milk!!! Unfortunately, the bananas were all gone. We then went to have breakfast somewhere else.Park:Is possible free of charge.

We arrived at this hotel urgently and got a room the same day for 77 euros! The person at reception was of great help and sympathy. The room occupied just before was cleaned as quickly as possible so that we could settle in early, and we had 2 more hours to leave the next day.Very comfortable beds, pleasant balcony, elevator to the 5th floor and breakfast included with vegetable milk!The location is ideal, right next to a large busy street full of restaurants, grocery stores, dm, ... Berghain accessible on foot!

Slept very well, birdsong in the morning, totally quiet. Nice area, great cafes etc. Hotel staff very friendly. Hotel Lounge is perfect for relaxation. We were extremely satisfied.
