Great hotel close to the S-Bahn and other places that you can explore on foot.---------------°General°The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The foyer looks luxurious. In the evening you can have a nice time at the bar to end your day.°Room°The room was booked through a hotel app so there was a room with 2 beds. The beds are a good size and were very comfortable and soft for my standards.The room is equipped with a Samsung TV. There is also an orange box that can be opened. This gives you access to USB-A, HDMI, VGA, socket and other ports. Apparently you could also mirror a laptop onto the TV this way (I just couldn't test it).Wi-Fi was pretty easy, connect, log in to the site by checking the box and “ok”, done. Had no problems either*As a small freebie there was a bottle of still water. There are 2 glasses on the table itself. My room had a window, but this cannot be reflected in all other rooms, as my friend had another room with 2 windows...Basically it is purely a matter of chance whether you have a good view or not. Personally, I didn't find it noisy at night and I could sleep peacefully.°bathroom°The bathroom is very nice, the sink is built into the counter, which I personally prefer as a "bowl-like sink". The bathroom itself is...a bathroom with a shower. So you can either relax or simply take a shower.There are 5 - 6 towels in different sizes. There are also toothbrush cups that were also very robust. There was a hairdryer that could only be turned on as long as you held the button. The hair dryer has 2 different levels and a cooling level. However, there is no diffuser or other attachment. Last but not least, there is a 2-in-1 shower gel/shampoo at the sink and in the bathroom itself.°Customer Service°Customer service was great and also helped us with problems with the card**. When checking out there was a chocolate bar. We also gave us chocolate as a thank you.*Cons*The hotel only gets 4.5 stars because there was no safe in both rooms, although this was requested by email and we were told that this was standard in the rooms...we also looked in vain for one...I was put “at the end of the world.” Which doesn't matter to me, but I actually have to say that the *W-Lan wasn't that great in terms of connection. So the best places were the bathroom, the hotel door and the closet. Annoying if you want to watch a series in peace via streaming service/YouTube in bed.Here I would like to suggest that you should expand the range with a WiFi repeater.There were also sometimes problems opening and locking the hotel door using a card. Sometimes the door wasn't locked at all. And it didn't work for my friend at all, although they then explained to him that this had to do with the fact that you shouldn't keep the card near a magnet... you could have mentioned the information at check-in.. .And although this sounds like a "huge" complaint, it's actually only -0.5 stars deducted. So I can say that the hotel is absolutely great for a pleasant short vacation :)Thanks to all the employees who work there 24/7 and are the reason for the great hotel experience!

Hello. It was a terrible stay. We booked rooms for ourselves and employees. Rented as well as meeting rooms. The service was horrible. The snack breaks were not sufficient and were eaten by other guests in the hallway. There was no sound on the video screen. Only after an hour of repeated requests was a small television brought to us. Terrible.The dinner for 40 people was partly inedible and the service was poor. The first drinks only came after 40 minutes. Unreasonable for a flat rate drink with a time limit. The rooms on the 4th floor dirty and hair in the bathroom. There is reconstruction going on in the hallway.Building materials and dirt. Saturday morning at 8.20 a.m. working on screws.In the evening at the bar there was an unfriendly waiter who refused to pay the surcharge despite the contract and the order to go after midnight. Only after half an hour and loud talk to us among witnesses did he give in because his superiors told him to implement it. He then insulted us and made irrational threats.At first glance, the location looks cozy in the bar and restaurant area. The appearance carries. Since I live around the corner, I "only" know the bar. But... super nice staff, super tasty cocktails, very nice atmosphere... I always like to come back.

Even though I had been there several times before, I was given a room in the far corner, where the wallpaper was falling off the ceiling and the carpet was so stained that I didn't dare take off my shoes. And all for a price of €125 per night!!! There is an urgent need for renovation here!!! You simply can't offer something like that to a guest...

Very nice hotel but no fridge in the room even though it was requested beforehand (needed because of medication)But super friendly staff and nice location around the restaurant and reception.Therefore 4 out of 5
